"It's a good thing he's heat resistant. I wouldn't have to hold back," Tails said. He pat Tristen on the head. "Too bad it'll be awhile til I can fight Tristen like that."

While Tails was playing for the most part as far as having a fight with Tristen, he was, in fact finding solice in the pat on the head. In fact, he felt a bit of comfort from it...so much in fact he just about leaned into it. "Alright. Well, just work on what you know for now, Tristen. If you need anything, just ask. Alright?" "Alright." He then walked over and picked up his Natu. "Are you feeling better?" "Natu." "We got a lot of work to do." Tristen then said. "Natu..."

Tails grinned, and brought the kid in for a one-armed hug. Big-brotherhood was sweet, he decided. He let Tristen go so he could get his Natu, then rose himself. "And Blizz and I will be with you every step of the way. Unless you train on your own, of course."

I think I'm going to see if I can't find Doc real quick. He should be in the med area..." I then walked off. "......." Tristen thought for a moment then something hit him. "Tails. Those devices everyone seems to carry. Uh. SNAGs? They have something on there that tells about Pokemon, doesn't it?"

Tails quieted. He'd forgotten a key detail since arriving. His eyes could discern the polarized light from LCD devices now. And cathode ray tubes. He could see screens now and he'd completely forgotten how he could apply this until now.
He took his SNAG out of his pocket. "Yup. Whatcha want me to look for?"

Tails grinned a banana grin, and took his Pokeball from his pocket. "Muuuuk, c'mon out! And be good!"
When the Muk appeared, he roared with delight, not unlike a Snorlax at a buffet. For size, it might have given that Snorlax a run for its money. But he was still as Tails hopped atop his head. Be good, above all, meant be solid and nice because you don't want to drown new friends. "This is Muk. He's a big Muk. And he just wants to be friends."
