This is getting ridiculous...
The attacks that came to John dulled his senses briefly so that the slash to the back of his head just seemed like another heartless clawing at his soul. When he felt the gash though, he realized that it had gotten a lot more serious, but something strange was happening with John...
He was still in the middle of the fray swinging wildly feeling the sweet meaty contact feeling of the end of his war hammer with the fragile bodies of the heartless. Adrenaline rushed through his body as the self induced beserk now was being fueled by the urge to destroy that which had been carefully seen as something beautiful... someone somewhere would have thought these beings works of art, and it was his duty to make these masterpieces of energy and matter perish by any means necessary... crush'em, burn'em, shock'em, break them...
The barrage of attacks continued upon his body, but at this point he had become so caught in the moment, the feelings of pain had made their way to a masochistic form of pleasure... something very strange had happened to John since he had left earth. It had been his first true battle against pure darkness, and the pain he felt only fueled his desire to slaughter.
"Magnera!" John boomed coldly, as a small magnetic vortex began to tug and pull at the enemies in an attempt to lasso them up to let the area of effect attacks do their very best.

{Hawaii .:. Beach} Bobbi felt her attention pulled towards a different area of the beach, a little to one side. Shiva had noticed something around there, and was directing her summoner to it. She saw John in the midst of the heartless, bleeding from several cuts and gashes, pounding Heartless to pulp left and right. She heard him shout out the Magnera spell, and saw it take effect. ~:Try one of those tricks I taught you at the castle,:~ Shiva suggested. Bobbi half-grinned, mostly because she was breathing hard from the fight. The Archer reached into the quiver belted to her hip, and drew one of her arrows. She concentrated a moment, coating the arrow in a spell. It shone with the icy aura of her magic as she set it to bowstring, aimed, drew, and fired. A streak of shimmering, silvery blue and white shot towards the heartless amassing in the center of the Magnera spell. Most of them seemed to be the Mage-type Heartless, the Requiems, Operas, and Nocturnes. As the arrow neared, it burst, splitting into multiple sharp icicles that would strike several Heartless at once.

"Hmm, that's a tricky question," he said, suddenly losing interest. She wasn't interested in making a deal; merely in her original's deal. How boring. He nibbled on another cookie as he thought. "Chika had potential, like anyone else- even had the right amount of fuel, if she'd just give in to the anger festering inside."
"Buuut," he continued, tilting his head as if to signify a different direction for the topic, taking a large bite out of the cookie. "She had way too much self-doubt. Questioned herself too much to let the Darkness really take hold- her heart was too weak. A little resolve, and baddabing, baby, she'd be golden. Metaphorically speaking, anyway."

The battle was pretty one-sided, from Riku's observation. The Heartless attempted to focus their fire, only to get destroyed en-masse by the group as a whole. The Earthlings were doing a pretty good job of defending themselves (he was starting to wonder why he was needed to help them), and the others from this world (Seymour, Leon, among others) were blasting the rest out of the water.
But Riku was far from blind. As he'd fought off some of the Heartless near Kyle (John and Bobbi had taken care of most of the Heartless assaulting Kyla), he noticed the Ajora-replicas jumping out at random intervals and snatching hairs from the Earthlings. It seemed odd, but also extremely familiar: he was immediately reminded of the boat-ride in Narnia with the Luxord duo. What was going on?
He didn't have long to think about it; a Neoshadow jumped at his side and ripped into his shoulder. Without even grunting in pain, he reflexively unleashed a quick combo on the beast before it could fall back into the ground, destroying it.

Released from Azrael's grip, the fourth Ajora ventured through the shadows of the beach, mixing in with the other rapidly-moving shadows. All the Earthlings had been taken care of- the ones that mattered, anyway. From that point, there were only a few left on his radar...
Exactly four, actually.
Without warning, Ajora finally appeared behind his final targets: Cloud, Squall, Seymour, and Demyx. Ripping a hair from each of them, the quartet fell into the shadows one last time before flooding back over to Azrael's side, all popping up simultaneously.
"Honk honk, mother f@#$ers!" he shouted, waving toward the group with a goofy grin; a Corridor of Darkness had opened behind him, and two of the replicas ventured forth. The third quickly stuff some objects into the fourth's coat pocket before evaporating, and the final one disappeared into the Corridor as well, allowing it to close behind him.
Even if they'd wanted to stop him, the group would have had trouble; while large chunks of the mage Heartless had been destroyed, the Neoshadows now had no reason to hide. They'd all immediately popped out of the ground and began attacking their nearest targets in a flood of action- they had apparently reproduced or something of the sort, as there were as many as a whole dozen.

[ Alien Police Force : Hawaii : Beach ]
A few moments after the sudden flood of Neoshadows, there was a strange noise emanating from the distance. Without warning, a trio of blue race-car-shaped spaceships raced overhead, releasing a stream of 'laser' fire at the remaining Heartless. The strange ectoplasm connected and burned through a few of them instantly, though the battle would not have been over yet.
As the ships flew off, viewers could see them quickly turn around, preparing to come in for another round.
The sound of a large number of people running could be heard from the village, coming in their general direction.
[[The underlined portion is to make it clear that everyone should post their reactions to the Neoshadows first, and then react to the ships. This should give everyone enough to react to.]]

As the commotion with Nicholas and the furry beast went on, the Geists that had lined up began to place their hands on the pages of Zexion's book; as they did so, the faces they had obtained quickly seemed to fade away, leaving them as blank slates again. Once one was done, they merely vanished once again, thus keeping the line steadily going.
"I'm sure you wouldn't," he responded dully, continuing to input information as the Geists deposited their memories into his tome. "However, if you don't show some proper respect, I might not be so inclined to stop him. Keep in mind you're talking to a man who can't feel remorse."

"Oh, if I offended, I apologize. Just saying that you're highly intelligent and clearly have more running through your mind than you let on..." Nick blinked, taking a few steps away from the large catman. He wasn't really ready to die and he didn't think he could take both of them if they attacked. His gaze shifted to Zexion's book, and his brow raised curiously at the realization of the mysterious Heartless and their vanishing faces.
"Those are interesting, Zexion. Mind if I ask what those creatures are?" Nick question in a low tone, still keeping one eye on the towering cat creature.

It wanted to tear them to pieces; it wanted to savor their screams, and more the better.
Joe’s body lit up as he drew him near- his eyes narrowed dangerously as it became aware of the shift in his elemental alignment. It would need to keep up with him and avoid physical contact as much as possible.
And so that’s how it went, blow for blow Joe and the Nameless were locked, it screeched in his face, trying to intimidate him, but all Joe seemed to feel was anger. He blocked it’s hand, elbowed it and shoved a light imbued knee, which it pared with the same hand he knocked away. Again they were neck in neck for speed and reactions.
That’s when Auron made an attempt to slash down its defenses from the side. But the creature saw him coming. It was like Auron had a sign on him somewhere saying ‘Being hit by him is very very BAD.’ And so the creature decided to go with its instincts, it always did and was gone the moment he brought his sword down. Melting into the shadows again it shifted its position, Louise would see it melt away like some apparition and reform in a new place like it did before.
It was behind Auron! Just as Michelle came charging in with her swords. It snagged her – well, pierced her arm with its bladed hand, and using the force of the charge she was already making, it simply guided her- quite painfully, into the swordsmen’s side. Once they collided- it ripped its hand the rest of the way out of her arm (not through bone of course) and faded again into the shadows.
The next time it appeared, it was behind Joe. Making that same stab move it had done to Sora, it sprung forward, Binding Pressure finally releasing into its attach to try and run through the boe user!
((Note it’s using the built up attack of binding Pressure- once it’s done, the stats return to normal. It’s a building stat for every move it doesn’t officially attack with its sword it gains a + 2- eith way though Joe is still fast enough to meet it.))

When the Geist appeared, and went through Quina. The Qu, imagined the most terrible dishes that he ever made on top of the unsavory dishes he ever tasted. All the memories combined were enough to cause the Gourmand to freeze up, unaware of everything around him for most of the fight.
"Honk honk, mother f@#$ers!"
Quina shook his head in the direction of the replica. Angered at the memories of his attempt to make toast for the first time. That ended up being as black and tasting worse than mud. Unfortunately for Quina, Ajora already disappeared, followed by the arrival of other visitors. Which annoyed the normally happy Gourmand.
"Oooh!" it exclaimed, "Someone is going to get COOKED!"

‘I hate Pirate Heartless! I hate ‘em HATE ‘em!’ Out of all the heartless in the games, for some reason the Pirate Heartless always annoyed her, the way they cheap stabbed you like a freaking Tonberry!
The only other type she hated more was the spectral ghost ones, but they were left far behind in Halloween town thank goodness. Every time the Pirates shot out a sword slice at her Kyla fumbled with her book. It was all fine when she could attack from a distance, but once a heartless was already in her personal space, not giving her a chance to launch an attack she was out of luck.
Least she could see where her weakness was.
Thankfully Bobbi, John - God bless them, yanked the stranglers away from her while Dani appeared and slit their throats! Brutal. She looked into her trademark sheepish smile and replied," What's matters is you came at all."
She completely understood her initial hesitation, the first shock was always..staggering...thats putting it lightly. A lesser person wouldn't have recovered at all in time.
So Kyla could finally push her quill to the paper and unleash her own assault on them.
But that wasn’t the biggest of her worries- Kyle- er, Ajora! Dangit! Replicas were so confusing! He- and the other version of him were flying around and…
Taking hair? What the heck for? What was Ajora doing taking samples of people’s hair as if he-….
NO WAY! She met Dani's eyes with a knowing fright. “No! Dani we can't let them leave this this! Don’t let him get away!”
It couldn't be- not again! No more! “Stop don’t let them take those!” Kyla launched a Birn Strike level 2 at them, but before she could do any more a host of Neo Heartless erupted from below and attacked. Kyla summoned her Flight of blades to deflect them and struggled to get closer to the escaping replicas.
But it was useless, there were too may! They were going to get away-..and then come back with more. No!
Suddenly from the sky a laser blasted at the remaining heartless! Kyla turned looking up at the alien Police cars as they turned around for another sweep. It seemed back up had arrived! Meanwhile a mob of people were running towards the beach!
Was Azreal doing the same thing? Kyla scanned the battlefield looking for him, she saw him on the rock. He didn't seemed to harvesting peoples hair, in fact he looked displeased- disappointed.

With his enchantments up and running, Kyle's violet eyes continued to rapidly scan the edges of the light; he could see Joe a few meters outside of his illuminated dome, lit by the spells, and for a few moments, even saw the strange Heartless going blow-for-blow with him. It had a strange, fluid movement, and it certainly seemed more humanoid than an average Heartless.
Those are things Kyle would have been thinking if his mind wasn't currently dominated by protective fury.
Quickened by the Haste spell that was still in effect, Kyle rushed forward to Joe, his body still glowing brightly; the light was still enough to light up about 8 meters in all directions, meaning Auron, Michelle, and the Nameless were all in plain sight now.
However, it managed to vanish once again, dipping into the shadows caused by the bright light against the people and props around them. Kyle immediately took to guarding Joe's back, instinctively trusting Joe to guard his own. He'd done so just in time; the Nameless appeared and, without thought or hesitation, stabbed forward into what would have been Joe's back.
Kyle twisted his body and swallow as best he could, hoping to parry the sword. His reflexes, by this point in the journey, had become superhuman... but even then, it wasn't enough. The blade was pushed away from the chest area, and instead, slashed directly into the side of Kyle's abdomen. Even with Bravery, even with the magic around him, the damage was substantial, causing Kyle to gasp in pain, his eyes going wide... only to narrow at the enemy in unbridled rage.

Using the air already gathered in his lungs, Kyle released another Dragon's Roar, this one sounding more pained and infuriated than the last, though equally as stunning.
He wanted to blast the creature where it stood; with his dome of light, the Nameless was stuck for all to see. But he couldn't muster the strength. Something that had been on the blade had begun to seep through him, and he felt it immediately begin sapping away his strength. The light itself was actually beginning to fade, shrinking into Kyle, though at the moment it was still enough to illuminate the Nameless. All he could bring himself to do was lift his arm, burning with white Light, up to the Nameless' neck, grabbing it, as if hoping to keep him in place for someone else to strike.

The replica watched Ajora gather the hairs, a small sneer on his face. Why gather the hair? Well, he knew, technically, just wasn't paying attention. But why not kill them? Get them out of the way? Whatever, no skin of his back...yet.
Ajora having left, and the 'cops' here, Azrael clicked his tongue. His snakes, the neoshadows, Bal-Hur, and himself...against these earthlings and the damn police. Not gonna happen. With a flip of his still damp hair, Az said "Ugh, I think I need a towel...."
And with that, Azrael stepped into a dark portal of his own, Bal-Hur behind him. Once they were through, the portal closed, and the three snakes burrowed underground. No losses today on Azrael's side.

An openingGo get it tiger!Jacob swiveled a pair of daggers in each hand, darting towards the nameless. Finally, he could see it, and he wasn't going to fail now. Thanks Kyle...Joe, I owe you one. His toxin-coated blades drawn, he wrapped his hands around the Nameless's neck and slashed one across his throat, and one across its chest. "Freaking creeps...I hate this darkness. I'm ending you now." He backpedaled a few steps and flicked a salvo of daggers at its legs, to try and pin it in place for even longer than Kyle's debilitating roar and grapple.

The male's guard was up. Where the hell had the thing gone?! Though, Kyle at his back was wonderful, even though it apparently forced Michelle and Auron to collide. How the hell was this thing getting around? And what the hell was it?!
Then he felt the stab behind him, heard the noise of blade meeting flesh, the Kyle roar. That pissed Joe off. Hard.
The fighter turned on his heel, bo leaving his hands as he launched himself over Kyle and on top of the Nameless that Jacob just slashed, regardless of Kyle's grip on it, dragging it down to the deck of the ship, his fists beating against the thing's face and mask as hard as possible, even as the Bravery and Enlight started to fade, leaving Joe with his basic strength against the creature, the light he was emanating fading. But still, he beat the thing's face as much as possible. How dare it stab Kyle!? ((ONLY I DO THAT! WITH MY FIST! D8< ))
