It's... relatively original, at least. Side-scrolling action with some complicated bits added in. Each story is relatively short (like, 5 hours), but there's five characters and an epilogue, and each character plays in a very distinct way.
Mercedes gets to use a giant crossbow and have ranged attacks. XD Very fun.
