harusoma123 can some one tell me wut village need ninja and has people on alot Either Kirigakure or Kumogakure will suit you perfectly. Did you read all the instructions/understand the game system? I'd suggest reading all that and posting/getting approved in the RP academy before you get ahead of yourself. Next, make a character and PM one of the kage's of the village you want to join. To more directly answer your question, Kirigakure has a lot of slightly higher level ninja and they're going through a village-wide mission right now so you can get it on that, or you can go to the more peaceful Kumogakure, which still has a few active people in it and there aren't any missions so you can train your stats pretty easily.

harusoma123 ok thanks and do you think you can help me make a person, i'm used to the D20 systom old D&D player and cyber punk. and are they on. Before making a character I'd suggest posting in the RP academy here where you post a sample of your RPing and someone will grade/accept/reject you from roleplaying. Secondly, I recommend reading through the game system forum before even starting to make a character, just so you can have a rough idea of what you want. If you have any questions feel free to PM me =D and unfortunately, right now I don't think the kage for Kumogakure is online. and I THINK the "kage" for kirigakure sould be kouri-chan_xx but she's also not online

In kiri and kumo, qyp is accepting both. So you'll send it to Qyp.

So, I have a question about learning techniques if you don't mind.
So, to learn the clone technique, you have to roll one 20 sided dice, right? Because it says 1 Roll. But what exactly do I have to roll in order to learn it? Also, would I roll 3 20 sided dice for the three stages? Or just one for Stage 1? And I know it says DC 10, so I would have to roll 10 or above? Or is there another number/modifier I have to add to it to change the amount I have to roll?
Sorry for so many questions. D: Quote: Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique) This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. These illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent. Cp cost: 1 pt. per clone. Dice Rolls: 1 Roll Damage: N/A Requirements: Learn in the academy. Training: 1 stage Stage I: Chakra Control DC 10 Use your chakra to create a model of yourself. Pay special attention to details so that your clone and yourself will be hard to distinguish apart. Special: Can create 1 per 5 ranks in Chakra Control. The user numbers each of their clones individually. The attacker does a random number check to see what they hit. To See Through Clones: d20 + 1/2 the user's int mod + half the user's chk mod vs. d20 + opponent's int. mod. Opponent will target the real ninja among the clones.

You need 10 successes per stage. You add your chakra control to the first stage if you have it. So if you roll a 9 and you have a chakra control of 2 then you'll be successful with a 11. You add it to what you roll. You need 10 successes to learn the jutsu. You generally roll first 1 twenty sided dice and you go back to submit. You then go back and edit it to put in the results through RP, like you failed the roll so you'll put that you failed. There is one stage in that jutsu it seems so you need 10 successful rolls of 10 with adding your chakra control like I explained. Once your done you'll turn it into your villages experience thread and after it's accepted you'll put your experience and jutsu into it.

Easier way to understand:
You need to get what it says depending on the jutsu in your roll, adding whatever skill it says to add to it. So you add shuriken if it says + shuriken. You don't increase the dice number, you add the shuriken skill number to the number you roll.
You will need 1 stage for that, 1 stage is 10 successful rolls.

DC = Difficulty Check.
DC 10 vs 1d20 + [stat/skill]. Once you get 10 successes... you get the jutsu.
