Character A gains power when enraged.
Character B generates a static amount of power per post, and can charge by simply not spending it.
Character C has an infinite depth and can go to the well for as big of a bucket as they like. The ways to gather power for a stronger move differ, but the same variable still applies:
Effort is proportional to the power of the attack. Thus,
time. Character A can only gain a boost to their physical and probably supernatural abilities, but it's short term. In addition, they can't simply throw out 3-post+ level attacks in an instant. However, if someone uses a desperate attack, they can, but it will expire most of their energy supply, both magical and physical, cause I don't like people suddenly "running of magic" and then saying 'Well, guess I should fight with full body energy!"
Character B is the basis of charging. It's like in any fighting game. As the fight goes, your super bar charges. Just, the charges are small, so, it'll take twice as long. For example, if it takes five posts to charge an attack, it's going to take ten if the character has been engaged in non-stop fast, action brawling for those same posts. And even then, he has to find a way to get that attack ready and activated.
As for Character C, he wouldn't even be allowed in.
