Imma genious. The code has been cracked. You multiply your total jutsu to be used by 1.1. So scraps, you can preform a total of 121 jutsu. Nothing else changes. Dizzle, a genin can preform 33 jutsu total. Nothing else on what you used is changed, just how many jutsu in total you can use in a battle.
