Take a look at the House Elf list on the first page, it have been updated. If your name is still not on there it is because you never posted in the Welcome [Read First] topic on the front page. If you want to be on the list you must post in the Welcome [Read First] and send the link to TheRestless and then you will be added to the list.
Remember sorting is going on now and the rules to get sorted are right under the House Elf lists.

Hey Sam! Yes, I am a Slytherin, and proud of it! You haven't been sorted yet? Well, no matter, but let me know when you are because even if it isn't Slytherin, we can still be friends! Haha!

"What? I'm not on the sorting list. Oh dear, dear, dear!" Angel said sadly.

"Oh, I just checked, and I'm in Raven claw!" Sam smiles very happily. "Oh my what excitement! We should meet in the kitchens often Summer, and talk between classes!" Sam says. Then she looks around the room, and thinks about all those times as a house elf, cooking for the students. Never again it will be the same. Never again.

Angel walks in the kitchen donning her red and black robe. "I just want to tell you guys bye! I am now officially a Gryffindor! I hope all you house elves get sorted soon."
Angel waves and happily walked out the kitchen.
"I'll come and visit!" She shouted.

Sam pokes her head into the door way and steps in. "Hello everyone." Sam said, as she looked around her first home at Hogwarts. "How is everyone faring?"

::Kamalia Mingan walks into the kitchen and looks around at all the elves working and cooking!! :: *Hmmm i think i'll go and make some Peach Rolls to bring to the common room for a snack for all of us Slytherins!*
::Walks to pantry and pulls out flour, shortning, sugar, butter, and freshly cubed peaches. Walks to counter and sets everything down! Then begins making the dough. once finished rolls out dough until it's in a flat square form. Then spreads butter on it, sprinkles a thick layer of Sugar ontop of that, then adds the cubed peaches. Rolls up, then cuts into slices and adds to a square pan with each of them touching. Walks to oven and put them in there!!:: "These should take about 15 minutes to cook!" ::Looks back at counter and says a spell so that the mess will clean itself up!!:: "I love being a witch and being able to do spells!!" ::Walks to a teapot and makes a cup of tea. Then walks to table and pulls a book out of a Black messenger bag with green, gold, and silver Celtic knot designs on it; to read while the Peach Rolls cook!::
