Maddy and Lysandre were in the middle of the dance floor. She was quite bored, but did her best not to show it. All this slow fancy dancing and spinning wasn't doing good for her head.
"Don't tell me you can't hold your liquor? You're quite flushed right now." Lysandre said, smirking. He moved quite elegantly on the dance floor.
"I'm fine. I'm just not much of a wine person." In truth, she felt like she would have fallen over long ago if Lysandre didn't have his hand on her waist.
"May I ask how you lost your eye?" The orange-haired man asked, his gaze lingering on Maddy's eye patch.
Maddy was confused for a moment, but then realized he was talking about her covered eye. It was, after all, impossible for him to know she actually still had vision in it.
"It's quite a long story. I don't think you'd be interested."
"Did Archie do it to you? I heard he was quite a terrible man." Another smirk curled his lips.
Maddy narrowed her eyes at him. He really did know more about them than they thought.
"Not directly, no. It was a run in with a Legendary Pokemon."
"People who understand the power of a Legendary Pokemon are just the sort I would like to have working for me."
Maddy remained silent this time. The wine was making it hard for her to think.
He lead them back to the edge of the dance floor, where he handed Maddy over to the grunt named Hectére.
"Dance with her, will you? I must step outside for a moment."

"As you wish, boss."Hecéte responds as Maddy is handed off to him. He then calmly whisks her back onto the dance floor. "How are you tonight, mademoiselle?" He asks her in an honest tone.
Misery watches the two of them dance, seeming a bit envious. She pours herself a glass of wine and watches, sipping now and then.

Michael and his two pokemon walked in the door to the cafe, all dressed up in his black tuxedo and midnight blue tie. All he saw were people dancing and then he saw Maddy looking like she might fall over real quickly. When offered a drink he accepted it and almost took a sip, when he smelled the alcohol. "Great this is an adult party, and me being to young to enjoy all of it." He set the drink down and sat down at a table due to the fact he had two left feet.

Allen chuckled, "Just move your feet with tune and, uh, try not to step on my shoes too terribly much." He gave a short laugh, "Let's try to stick near Maddy, though." He nodded toward her dancing with the grunt with triangle shades.

"I won't make any promises." Ace huffed as she attempted to mimic the dancing from the other dancers. She merely followed Allen's lead, while glancing downward repeatedly as to refrain from accidentally stepping on his feet, "Oh course. Don't want our boss to run into trouble." She sneak a glance upon who Maddy was dancing with; she narrowed her eyes with a bit of suspicion as the "host" wasn't around the room.

Maddy gave the grunt a blank look.
"Pretty good, other than the wine." Oh, how she hated wine.
She glanced around the room as they danced. Where did Lysandre go? Her mind was boggled.
She noticed that a few of his henchmen were now standing up though watching them all dance. It made her feel uncomfortable. Were they about to be attacked? She normally wasn't paranoid, but she wasn't in a nice situation herself right now.
Lysandre entered the room and shot a smile over at the bunch of them. He was carrying a briefcase. He went back to their table and sat down. It seemed they could stop dancing and return to the table whenever they liked now.

Hectére decided he was going to hold onto Maddy a bit longer.
"There's no need to be worried, you're not here as enemies." He whispers to her as they dance."You look absolutely beautiful tonight. Even nice than back at the lab."
Misery lets out a large sigh and stares at the wall.

Michael continued to look around when he saw a man dressed a little different then all the others return with a briefcase. He wondered why would a briefcase be needed at a formal party. He looked down at his partners and whisped, "Keep an eye on that one and be ready to attack." The two just nodded and began to just sit and stare as if they hadn't a care in the world.

Allen checked the time, "I don't suppose you're ready to stop dancing, mm?" He took glances at everyone else, the crowd on the floor had started dwindling, "Though, I've gotta admit, you're not doing too bad, really." In truth he wanted to stop dancing to better observe everyone, not to say that wasn't a good way, he just did better from a singular point.

"We can stop dancing? Oh good." Ace felt relieved as she stopped. "Though, I guess dancing wasn't too bad." She managed to get out. She walked over to the table. Noticing Lysandre, her eyes laid upon the briefcase warily. From what she remembered in movies she watched, those shady people always bring in these suspicious suitcases to tempt a deal. She sat in her seat while waiting for the boss and the others to sit down.

Maddy felt like she may faint if she didn't sit down.
"I-I think I should stop. I'll go back to the table now."
She gave Hectére a small smile and rushed back to the table where everyone else was. She promptly ordered herself a glass of ice water to help numb her headache.
"Did everyone have fun? I guess we'll get back to business."
He opened up the briefcase, revealing a whole bunch of micro chips.
"They're only prototypes, but they should give those communicating devices of yours... What were they called again?"
Maddy frowned. "TADS."
"Yes, those. It will give them Holo Caster capabilities. Everybody in Kalos owns a Holo Caster."
Another one of his smirks graced his lips.
"You look pretty suspicious without them, actually."
He slid the briefcase over to Maddy. "There should be enough for all current members of your group. I'm sure you'll find a way to reverse engineer them and make your own to add to future members TADS as well."
Maddy closed the briefcase up off the table and laid it down by her feet, off of the table.
"I can't dance around the subject anymore. What do you want our help with?" She asked him, holding her cold glass of water to her forehead. She was starting to get impatient.
Lysandre turned to the rest of the group.
"As I already told your Leader here on the dance floor, I know all about your doings with Archie. What interests me is your experience with the Legendary Pokemon."
He allowed the words to sink in for a bit before continuing.
"You see, I'm after two Legendary Pokemon myself. However, my goal is quite the opposite of Archie's."
Maddy glared at him. Any trust she may have had for the man had vanished. She didn't care what he had planned. Legendary Pokemon weren't something to be toyed with at all.

Hectére stands off to the side now, watching his boss negotiate with Team Aqua.
"(I really don't like this. He seems about as trustworthy as Archie.)" Misery says telepathically to only her teammates. '(And it's too risky to try and read his mind.)"

Michael stood up and simply said, "if you do not mind I would like to mention that no one should ever mess with the legendary pokemon. In the past few years my father compiled every interaction with legendary pokemon on his computer which I may of looked at. In the Hoeen Region we had Archie and Maxie, mess with Kyogre and Groudon. The disaster that caused to my home region is something that should never happen again. What I am trying to say you should not mess with the legendary pokemon. With that he sat back down and awaited how this would turn out.

Allen grunted and rolled his eyes, turning himself to take a seat. Of course he would know of their encounter with Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza. He folded his arms across is chest. "Everyone's goal is the same when it comes to legendary Pokemon." He clenched and unclenched his jaw. This man was becoming less and less appealing. He glanced to Misery, he'd have to ask why it was risky later, however right now was not the time, "Bunch of lunatics." He grumbled under his breath and continued aloud, "And I'll even put money on it that you'd keep it secret what you plan on doing with said legendary Pokemon up till you're ready to do them, mm?" He gave another annoyed glance to Lysandre.

Ace bit her lip as she continue to listen to the deal. If there's one thing she learned, it was the fact that almost every leader is crazy when it comes to legendary pokemon. "The opposite? Like what, removing the water so people/ground pokemon will have more land?" She spoke with a hint of sarcasm. She did not like what the man is planning.
