Once they'd left town, Riley had decided that next town they stopped in, he'd have Angel change him. Or at least, that was the original plan. Van suggested to him during a brief moment of 'male bonding' that something special like this deserved a much nicer hotel room than the average and slightly lame ones they normally stayed in. It sucked waiting, but he managed to wait long enough for them to save up the money to do it. Finally tonight would be the night and he was anxious, wondering if it would be full of that pleasurable pain that Angel's bites were normally filled with. He smiled a bit, realizing he'd be able to do the same to Angel soon as well. Meanwhile the other resident couple was just happy that Van would finally get his powers back the next day, so there was a good bit of cheer throughout the whole group.
