Next is Invigorate in which you can remove fatigue and restore stamina on yourself. The final move for stage 5 is blocking lion tearing python. If your opponent is coming at you, you quickly do a hard style maneuver to block or parry. On the same limb you have attacked aim for a hyperextension or break. If they have a weapon this is the time to take it away." Ayame said stepping out of the way and looking to her son. Once he would start she looked around the Academy and smiled before looking back at Theodin, James hadn't really moved since she left.

Scratching the back of his head when Ayame said she didn’t need the scroll, “Sorry, habit.” He then listened intently as she explained what each technique was and how it worked. He then made a shadow clone to use as a test dummy for the techniques. As the clone ran at theo, throwing a punch at his head, Theodin blocked the attack upwards, grabbing the clone’s wrist. He then brought a rising backfist up to the clone’s extended elbow for a quick hyperextension as he stepped under the arm to the clone’s back. Just as he let go of the clone’s wrist, he torqued his hips and swung a big palm strike into the clone’s chest, making it stagger back a couple steps. Feeling slightly worn down, Theo concentrated his chakra and spread it through his body to ease the fatigue in his muscles, but it didn’t work well. (1/4) Having the clone attack again, Theo blocked its punch with his back hand, smacking the elbow again with his front hand for the hyperextension, following again with a big claw swipe to knock the clone back again, sending it stumbling to the side a few steps. He then finished by pushing chakra through his body to ease his fatigue, but it still didn’t work well. (2/4) This time the clone attacked with a round kick. Theodin caught the kick and rode it for a second before striking the extended knee with his forearm for the hyperextension. He then let go of the leg and brought that hand around in a swipe to knock the clone back a couple feet. To finish up, he pushed more chakra through his body, feeling it ease his fatigue somewhat this time. (3/4) Feeling like he almost had those moves down, Theodin nodded for the clone to attack again. This time Theo blocked the punch with his front hand, catching the wrist with his back hand as he turned for a break. He then shifted his feet and brought a hard claw strike around quick and hit the clone in the head, knocking it to the ground where it poofed away. He then pushed more chakra into his limbs and veins, suddenly feeling much better. (4/4) For the last technique, Theodin sat down and folded his legs to meditate. He closed his eyes and spread his chakra out into the room to sense the people around. However, he could really connect with the people. (1/4) Trying again, Theo cast his mind out to try and connect with the people in the room. After a minute or so he managed to connect with the minds of his parents nearby. He could slightly sense his mom’s fatigue left over from the fight with Manda and tried to alleviate it a little. (2/4) Trying again, theo cast his consciousness out and managed to reach Kaori and kohaku across the room, sensing a lot of anxiety in both of them. He did his best to make them feel strong and brave, like they could take on almost anyone. (3/4) Feeling like he had the feel for the technique, Theodin disconnected his mind from everyone as he brought his mind back into his own body. As he reentered himself, he suddenly felt very tired and dazed. After a minute of sitting there, he felt able to get up and move again, then reinvigorated his body with a bit of chakra. (4/4) Looking back at Ayame, Theodin smiled, “I think I got those, what’s up with the next stage?”

Kneading unicorn, coat whichever limb you are using to defend in chakra, you absorb their attack and add in your own. Satori is the final. Due to being more aware of yourself you become more skilled in just about everything." She then looked at James, "As I said I did not mean to kill him, but it happened. He shouldn't have tried to eat me and yes. I need to speak with Bast or Three see if their is something I can do to restore the balance."

Kaori watched Kohaku and Nova and hummed thoughtfully to herself. She shook her head and used the appropriate hand sign, and created a clone of herself. She directed the clone to Kohaku, so he could still train, and settled herself into a meditative state of mind, after sitting a little away from her brother and clone.
Kaori closed her eyes and focused inward, on her chakra. She put her hands, lose and relaxed, on her knees and just focused on clearing her chakra. She made her chakra cycle through her hands, up her arms, and to her chest. {1/5} Kaori then moved it from her chest, up to her head. She made the sign, Tora, and focused on condensing her chakra, just to better learn control over that which enabled her to use her jutsu. {2/5} Kaori moved her chakra from her head to her belly, she wanted to gain complete mastery of her chakra, and cycling it through her body was one of the best ways to do so. She formed another sign with her hands and felt her belly grow warm, kind of like that feeling someone got when they had just finished a good, warm, home cooked meal. {3/5} She then moved her chakra to the soles of her feet and felt them warm as well, as the warmth faded from her belly. She wriggled her toes in her sandals and smiled. {4/5} She moved her chakra to her heart, and again made the sign for Tora, the tiger, since she was a tiger tamer, and was closer to Kaori than she was most humans. She felt her chakra settle there and made her chest warm up. {5/5} {Learned: Basic Training: Meditate}

Once Kaori was done with her meditation, she got up and stretched, then looked around. She smiled as she gathered some flowers. She used a hand sign her chakra to bring the flowers together in a shield. It was a simple jutsu, but it was something that was just to make sure her chakra was aligned like it should be. {1/3}
Kaori released the shield and then used the same flowers to create another clone of herself. This clone wasn’t much, fight-wise, but it was more for distraction and to explode and cause cuts and rips from the razor sharp petals. {2/3}
She smiled and released the clone and focused on her other jutsu. She then, just to keep things simple, no need to go all out for this exercise, and formed another clone, the Kage-bushin. She looked at the clone that had formed, and smiled, it was perfectly identical, right down to the scar on her hand from Nova’s mother, who had bitten her in self defense and fear while she was dying and trying to protect her cub. {3/3}

Kaori closed her eyes and focused her chakra, then formed the appropriate seals. She focused her chakra into her hand, then grabbed the ground. She pulled up as she infused the ground with her chakra, and watched as the earth moved and formed a shield in front of her. {1/3}
Kaori made more hand signs, then sank into the ground. She moved through the earth for several minutes, then popped back up. She sank into the ground and came out of it several times, just to give herself some practice doing so. {2/3}
She released that jutsu and focused on one more. She closed her eyes and focused her chakra into the air around her, then slowly sank it to the ground and infused it into the dirt and debris found there. She used all of that to form a dust clone. {3/3}

He then went through the motions of the bell ring, stopping at her upper chest. Kaori finished the performance training and released all her jutsu, then settled into a sitting position once more and started to meditate. She moved her chakra into her feet as she made a hand sign. Her feet grew warm, and she did another sign. {1/4} Kaori then moved her chakra up her legs, to her belly, as she did this she formed two more seals with her hands. She let her chakra settle there and felt it grow warm as well. {2/4} She then moved her chakra from her belly up to her chest, focusing it mostly around her heart. She felt her chest warm gently with her chakra. {3/4} She gathered her chakra once more and moved it up her neck to her head. She felt her mind sharpen and her focus increase. She fromed several more hand signs and sighed softly as it felt so natural. {4/4}
