Zineal What if some one who had it before it was baned teaches it to you? well the list of people who knows shidori is really small. Since hyana left the guild, the old kage of the sound left gaia, and the other character that knows chidori is Ryo from the grass and the new hokage but neither of them teach it so easyly.
