She had to admit, Cosette was a little surprised that Stan would be wondering around in the demonic plagued city with little more than a few bullets. It was quite the change compared to the last time she had seen him, All decked out in numerous firearms and a few fancy UV bombs. Either the threat level of inhuman beings had dropped in the city or Stan was taking a very stupid and dangerous evening stroll. Either way, She was also a bit disappointed. When she had spotted Stan, Cosette had thought for sure that he would be the perfect and ideal test subject but if he wasn't up for a friendly little brawl, Then what fun would he even be? However, Feeling him under her touch trying to play all cool and calm was a little amusing. “Puny? Oh Stan, You really shouldn't talk so little of yourself. I actually thought rather highly of you for a human.” She teased, That honey smooth voice echoing just below his ear while her delicate fingers continued to playfully tug at the fabric of his clothes, so sure that he ought to have some more weapons on him when in such a dangerous place. Betraying the enhancement of her telepathy tendencies, She so easily snatched a few thoughts from his mind and rambled on as though Stan had spoken the words aloud. “I'm not likely to kill you? Why, because I was too distracted to kill you the first time? Or are you just trying to come up with some psycho analysis of me to make yourself feel better? Here you are, all alone in the park with nothing but a few measly bullets for protection. Why shouldn't I kill you? It certainly would give me something to do with my spare time.

"Coming from you. That just means the world to me." Despite his cool words, the uneasiness within would be registered, if only slightly. He wasn't panicking and he wasn't planning to either, but of course he was with a vampire. And that all on it's own is scary. Ask any fire fighter if they're at least a bit scared going into a fire, and he would rest his case. She could kill him, quite easily, but she wouldn't, and Stan made sure to make it the focal point of his thoughts just to annoy her. Plus, she's a midget, Stan teased. "You wouldn't kill me, Cosette. I'm sure it would be easy, but you value enjoyment more. If you kill me now, or if you cause me to honorably commit suicide, then there'd be no more Stan. Then, there would be no more fun. Plus, you're not the type to get dirty, girly."
Oh, right. There was lolli pop in his coat pocket.

Amelia walked into Central Park behind Prometheus. "There are more humans here at night then one would think." Amelia said to herself. "Who is that child by the way? I didn't think it mattered but you hold her so kindly, I'm curious."

Prometheus smiled and looked down to Izzy, who was drifting off into sleep. "Well, it's a long story." He said, taking in a deep breath. "There is a girl, Julian, who I protect. This is Izzy, her daughter. While Julian is meeting her old friend, I am looking after Izzy."

"And you like this child? Izzy?" The word was strange to Amelia as she said it. "This is a lycan child? Why must you protect Julian? Did you choose to? Were-" Amelia cut herself off as she realized her curosity had gotten the best of her and she'd been bombarding Prometheus with questions. "Um, sorry. You don't have to answer any of those." Amelia looked at the trees artificially planted along the walkway.

Prometheus chuckled again, then turned towards her. "It's completely alright." He said. "Yes, I care for Izzy. Yes, she is a Lycan. I protect Julian out of free will and because she can't defend herself. Healers, like Julian, don't have much offense."

Amelia blushed slightly at her own childishness but kept her composure. "Elle est un bel enfant." She said in French. She realized that Prometheus may not know French. "Um, She is a lovely child...I meant." Amelia kept her eyes forward as she walked. She maintained the coldness which had been her protection all her life.

Prometheus smiled at her French. "Thanks, I'm sure Julian would say the same thing." He repeated himself from earlier. He wondered what Julian had been doing, but ignored the thought.

Amelia sighed almost inaudibly. This city just wasn't the same as the French countryside of her childhood. She couldn't even see the stars. "But I'm trapped." She said to herself in an agonized whisper. A bad habit from living alone was voicing one's thoughts when one was distressed.

She could feel it. The slightest change in his composure or that faint, well concealed flicker of doubt as unease and fear began weaving their way through his body. Cosette was positive that the feather light touch of her icy hand would calm him in the least as she lifted her hand to his forearm, gently clutching her delicate hand around his wrist to ensure he wouldn't be going anywhere. She also took a step closer, inhaling a deep breath of that all too alluring and wholesome human scent; imposing on his personal space and hopping to set a few more strands of fear in his head. It was intended as a little payback. Payback after Stan thought it would be humorous to flood his thoughts with nonsense,so much so that Cosette decided it was too much of a chore to listen it. Payback also because he had called her a midget. She was diffinatly not an oddly deformed and pitiful creature. Cosette was downright perfection topped with bows and pearls. Stan was just being an idiot.
“You are right, But you are also flattering yourself in believing you are the only thing that I could manage to entertain myself with. I could kill you, And I wouldn't miss you in the slightest. I would simply move on and find someone better than you. I mean, Seriously...You are being awful boring right now. Hardly a weapon on you.” She muttered on in a dreary tone, pretending she didn't care in the least. But then, As customary for Cosette; Her mood changed almost as swiftly as she moved. She had sidestepped around him, placing her round doll face the direct line of sight. “Apparently, You also forget just what sort of fun I enjoy. I'm curious...” She trailed off, lifting those small hands to his face and focusing those enchanting blue eyes on his. It was simple in the past to project a suggestion in to the thoughts of others, force them into her bidding and leaving them with no choice but to obey. And right now, She was curious to know if Stan would be just as easy to manipulate as everyone else. “You should take out that gun and shoot yourself in the hand.” She spoke clearly, with the taint of compulsion ringing within the honey melody of her voice. She simply waited, watching to see if Stan would do as directed.

Prometheus took in a deep breath and sighed. He had exceptionally good hearing, even for a Lycan, and heard what she said. "How so?" He asked with curiosity.

Amelia looked up, meeting Prometheus's eyes for the first time since they reunited. "Wha?" Amelia thought about the past five seconds and realized she'd voiced her thoughts again. "Oh." She felt she owed him an answer though since he'd answered a bombardment of her questions. "Um, I can't leave this city. It's impossible." She'd tried many times.

Prometheus nodded, that was enough information. "Soo......" He was trying to think hard out of boredom. "Anything you want to talk about?"

Amelia cocked an eyebrow. Usually people wanted the whole story, Prometheus was fine with the bare facts. He was pretty easy for someone like Amelia to talk to. She looked ahead at the empty walk way. "What have you been doing all along?" Amelia did actually enjoy talking to people, before her insanity, when her diet was consistantly natural, she'd go into cafe's and have conversations with the mortals there. This was in France, where big cute hats are the style.

Prometheus thought about this for a few seconds and shrugged. "Fighting, feeding, and traveling." He said, remembering Daiguren and Johannes. "The same thing as always."
