Okay dear.
In X town in the Kanto region of Japan, something odd started happening. Through some sort of magic people's pets were turned into humans. They call themselves "The Owned" and are as loyal to their masters as ever.
Shortly after the Owned are created, a small band of similar beings, the Wild, begin to trickle into town. They claim to be products of the same magic which created the Owned, and are searching for the source of the magic in this town before it disappears so that they can return to their true forms.
