Cynder rolled her eyes. "Some can kill without having guilt. They are known as murderers." she retorted coldly. "They are interesting because they have no clue that Immortals walk among them." she responded calmly, keeping her gaze averted away from Jack.

"Even murderers have guilt." He chuckled then looked at his long fingernails and laughed a little. "Well they are weak."

Cynder shrugged carelessly. "So? They have the least amount of guilt in the world." she responded deftly. "Of course they are weak. But they are not pathetic - some can be easily killed by others." she added coldly.

"I still don't see why we hide from them though." He said with hate in his tone.

Tenosuke walked through the dark night of New York, his mind fogged by the thoughts of what could happen in the near future. He brushed a hand through his hair and straightened his tie. Simple motions that allowed him to check to make sure all his hidden knives were in place. He adjusted the two katanas slung across his back so that they were within easy reach of either hand. He peered suspiciously at all those who passed, his eyes daring them to make a move at him. None of the mortals tried however, leaving Tenosuke's muscles taut and causing frustration in his already troubled mind.

He looked down spotting someone with the aura of a tainted. "Hmmm this shall be fun" Jack then threw a simple kunai at the man he assumed was a tainted. He was wearing clod-hoppers, Japanese sandals.

[Orphen] Many people say that flying through the air is their greatest dream. To be completely untethered by the laws of gravity as they soared through the sky, free as a bird. They, however, weren't flying through a hundred feet of concrete, wood, and steel framing. It screwed up. Again. The building listed to the left uncomfortably as Ein exited through the other side, spraying glass, masonry, and chunks of steel everywhere; even more so when he smashed into a parked (and thankfully empty) commercial bus.
Completely...unnoticeable.
Finn's last strike was all that was needed to finally draw the curtains on the stage of this epic battle, as the beast's vision became blurred and dark, its grip finally loosed.
His body reverted back to normal amidst the twisted accident that was a city bus, leaving Ein, looking just as he had before, only sporting many new tears in his outfit, along with very painful looking wounds that bled freely again after the detransformation reopened them. How familiar...only last time it was with a taxi. Thankfully for Finn, the subtle angle on this whole combat thing had been ditched a wile ago. So when her opponent flew through a building and into a bus to crush it like a tin can, all she could think to do was smile with a bloodthirsty grin. Her arm was broken so there would be no limb from limb ripping of Ein's now de-transformed body, but she had one good arm and enough teeth to settle for a sort of, pin you to the ground and pull up with teeth kind of thing. As she stalked over to what she now invariably saw as pray, Ein, a shreek announced to her that someone had spotted them. About freeking time! this world was deaf to the supernatural apparently. A snarl crossed her lupine lips and she bore her teeth at the man staring from her, to Ein and back again. Finn barked in challenge at him, puffing out her chest and growling, and for a creature of her size it was a rather effective way of saying 'f**k off'. With the intimidation factor covered and Finn relatively sure the man wouldn't interfere she continued to Ein and clamped down on the first limb she could get at, his left arm and gave it a rough jurk, like one you would use to rip things apart. She figured the last throw already killed him and didn't bother to check.

Sam sighs impatiently because the young vampire he had been talking doesn't seem to able to respond for the moment. He turns and walks back out into the street where mortals walk oblivous to the immortals around them. He knows that if the other vampire wishes to talk he will come after him soon enough to finish their conversation. Until then he is itching for a fight and spots a couple of tainted a few rooftops away. He approachs them and notices one of the ones on the rooftop throw a kunai at the one walking below. "Pathetic." Sam murmurs to himself. He darts over to the one on the street and snatches the kunai out of the air before it could strike. He then dashes up the wall to the one who threw it and places the tip underneath his chin. "How stupid can you be? Do wish to expose us to the humans?" he asks in a cold tone. His blue eyes seem to glow he's so angry.

Jack laughed and used his speed to seemingly dissapear and reappear behind the person holding a kunai to him. "Why do we hide?" Jack was holding a slim katana to his side awaiting a response.

Tenosuke had noticed the kunai that was sailing towards him and had been waiting for the last moment to catch it and throw it back at the man who had thrown it when a new man grabbed it and then went to threaten the original thrower.
This could be interesting.
Tenosuke walked down an alley next to the building they are standing on. Then, using his innate powers of speed he dashed up the side of the building, his body a blur. As he reached the top he sat on the brick outcropping and crossed his legs. Watching the two argue about something he had already come to realize the answer to.

"I admit that I am a bit of a speed freak. However, you really do have to be more careful about showing your true presence around mortals." Tenosuke leaned forward, his eyes peering out through his long black locks of hair.
"You'd be surprised what would happen if immortals suddenly announced themselves to the world."

Jack then used his speed to appear at the man, "I don't think I would be... Humans would attack us we'd kill them and then the immortals would live happily ever after." Jack had the katana still in hand.

"I have seen many wars in my lifetime. And I can say, without a doubt, even if all the immortals banded together under one flag, which would never happen, we would still lose. Oh sure we could kill hundreds per immortal, maybe even thousands. But there are billions of mortals. And some of those are skilled warriors and amazing tacticians. No, if we immortals attacked humanity we would lose in the long run. There are already weapons developed by vampires and lycans that kill each other and us. Our time would be short indeed."
Tenosuke closed his eyes in reflection of the many wars he had commanded and fought in.
"Besides, I'd much rather shape human history from behind the facade of being mortal."

Jack gripped the blade tighter, "How dare you say that. How long did you live in the underworld? Apparently not long because they taught me to never think about loss or losing only how to gain victory" He said with rage in his voice, "And you want to be able to shape history as a mortal ... why not just do it from the sidelines as an immortal just fast enough not to be seen?"
