Taps off ash.Which is, frankly, a ******** strange thing to be coming out of my mouth. But. I was wondering if I could ask you a couple of questions that may help my investigation. Jean-Paul gives Bigby a long-suffering look. "Actually, my friend, I am trying very hard to forget that any of it ever happened. I am still getting headaches from all of the alternate-universe deaths that fell upon me in this past month. I don't know how much help I will be, but fire away."

Yeah, I bet that's a real b***h. Researching you speedsters is enough to make me run for the Excedrin-not that it does any good for me.
Anyway.
I've been reading up on West and his energy projection abilities. I'm wondering if your speed abilities are in any way similar. Seems West had a strong connection to an extradimensional wellspring of kinetic energy....he called it "The Speed Force."
Are you connected to this energy in any way?

My life is complicated enough without adding variable time-travel and the like to the mix. My abilities are what they appear to be...I move very quickly and that is it.

Hm...then it probably won't be as much of a help as I'd hoped. I'm still trying to figure out why a corpse is giving off energy readings. One of the theories STAR Labs is trying to pawn off on me involves our buddy LeBeau and HIS kinetic energies. I was hoping your past dealings with him would shed some light.
Oh well. When you hit a dead end, you turn around and try the next path. Thanks.

I'd ask how the investigation is going, but I'm sure you can't discuss that. Would a drink be more than you're comfortable with on duty?
