Thanks Eno =] One of the questions is, When sugars are broken down to produce usable energy for cells, a large amount of heat is released. Explain how the water inside a cell helps to keep the cell's temperature constant. >.< My brain just wasn't created to understand math or biology.. >.>

Well, water isn't a very good conductor of heat; it takes a long time to heat up or cool down. It can absorb that heat without heating up itself. that help? You're welcome, btw. =w=
