He was thinking it would be nice; to go back and sit and watch people look at him maybe they would be nicer to him knowing he was just a kid now with a caretaker and not one that lived on the streets like the rest of the children he knew where. "..Oh.." He murmured sliding off his chair yes River would have to stitch him up before he went out and mingled with people after the walk in the woods. If only he could share the Idea with River the fear of being denyed the act of leaving fluttered with that Idea though- so it was settled to keep that to himself.
River watched and waited it was nice to see that it was someone's birthday she didn't know the woman par-chance but it didn't matter. "Kaden.." River said as he reached to knock on the door. Fiddling he opened and stepped into her room she looked him over before sighing and holding her hands out.
"Great Toto-san!" And of course within minutes of this she had his eye stitched up and ready to go, keeping the needle with her. Setting it down she gazed at his face, useing a rag to whipe away the small amouts of blood that came up- naturally with Stitches around the eye this happened- along with swelling. "Be careful not to bump it. don't go anywhere without telling me and for kami's sakes Kaden brush your hair!" River nagged though he knew it was all good fun.
"Hey.." River said snatching his arm before he ran out of the room. He blinked once, twice then pouted angry that she was holding him back, he mumbled, "What?" And she kissed his forehead softly drawing back to ruffle his hair with her now free hand. " You be careful alright? Don't forget your patch." She pointed out as he nodded and ran out of her room and strait into someone, where he held his eye it was throbbing a bit."Ouch, sorry." Kaden said quickly looking over the man. His left eye was covered as well, but with hair. How interesting. He stood and nodded running past the man clad in black with a strangly amused look on his face.
Kaden skid to a stop and open his mouth to cry out but never did as he landed in his bottom and sat there for a minute to register what just happened to him. "Ow.." It was delayed but there.

Tomo was about turn Cass's head for a kiss when he heard Lepper's voice. He couldn't help but sigh a little and stood up. "Yes, well, it's my girlfriend's birthday, my long lost father just came for a visit, and I'm blind." He defended, arching a blonde eyebrow, "And why are you behind the bar counter again, anyway if you're so injured?" he asked, voice puzzled. "I'll do what I can, but I used most of my energy healing my best friend, earlier." He said, walking behind the bar with the air of a mother hen type of woman after her children came in from playing all day.

Cass just watched, with a sigh. "Hey, I'm heading to bed, alright?" she called, blowing a kiss, and taking her bracelet, leaving the rose, and heading off and up the stairs. Who was this new complaining man? Quite the sour sport, really. Quietly, she turned into their room, and set the bracelet on the dresser before getting changed. Something inside her begged to check if the box with the ring was still in the drawer.. And, one peek couldn't hurt, right? No, no! He would be up soon. She was sure. Flopping onto the side of the side of teh bed that was generally his, but was closer to the desk, she stared at the ceiling.

Tomo waved to Cass, then paused. "Right, then! See you in the morning!" He chirped, at least bringing down the med kit if he needed it. "You have a good night and don't forget to turn out the lights, please!" He called over his shoulder before walking up the stairs to his room. He knew the exact number of steps he had to take before reaching his door. Not that he ever counted, he just knew. He decided to burst in, singing a loud serenade in gibberish language, closing the door behind him so as not to awake the other patrons and slid up beside where he sensed, Cass, still singing. "Have a good day?" He asked, kissing her cheek and lips, "Sorry I was out all day. It was really hard picking out the perfect gift for you."

Tomo slid his hands up her neck, feeling her sweet breath on his face before he slid his lips over hers. "Good." He murmured, keeping his lips millimeters from hers. "I'm pretty sleepy, too." He added, pulling his shirt off and pulling back the covers.

Tomo crawled into bed and snuggled up next to her. "Two good days in one. I must be on a roll, today." He murmured, letting a small purr resound out of his chest. He blushed a bit, not used to purring around Cass, but... now it felt good. It felt right. "Love you." He murmured before drifting off as well.
