Well thank you, that is good. I read the sorting thread, and it did say so, but then other people were saying different things...haha
so one last question then...do you post the answers to he sortin test anytime, or only on feb 23-mar 3?
*Finishes the second batch of tropical smoothie mix and places it with the others to be taken upstairs*
Wow, I just had a thought Kamalia...this could be our last week in the kitchens...no more food, elves, special student/teacher visits...it's all ending...how sad... sad
but at least I can have a chance at finally being a student of hogwarts!

::Stops mixing the fruit dip and looks at Summer!:: "You know now that you mention it, it's finally sunk in that we'll be leaving from here!! Well i don't know if i'll be fully leaving!! I wonder if the Head house elf will let me come down and still cook once in awhile!! Hmm.....::Shakes head:: anyhow got side tracked for a minute! I'm looking forward to being a student finally! As for your question; you can only post answers when the sorting thread is opened!!So what house are you hoping you will be sorted in?!?"

::Looks at Summer and smile:: "Yes Slytherin is the main one i am wanting!! My old master told me that if i was a student that is where my house would be!!(OoC::Actually my brother and friends tell me that) So i am hoping i will be in that house! Because that's really the only one i want to be in!! But if not then well long as its not Hufflepuff I'll be happy!!
(OoC:: Yes the sorting hat has been closed since Oct. 19, 2008! An also yes it seems that way about the mods and admin's. But the way i see it is they have RL too!! So i'm not complaining!!)

Sarah walks around the kitchen gathering all the dirty dishes, then begins washing them.
"I think I meet the requirements for sorting. I have over thirty posts and have been here for more than 3 weeks." Sarah looks at Summer. "That IS a bit of a sad thought that we'll be leaving, though we can still visit the kitchens when we're students. I don't really mind which house I'm sorted into, maybe Gryffindor or Hufflepuff. Wherever the Sorting Hat thinks I'll fit best, I suppose. What house do you want to be sorted into, Valkyrie-Chii-Chan?"

Well, I hope you get into Slytherin then!
I think I'm leaning towards Slytherin, only because Hufflepuff is very...well, looked down upon, and I'm not smart enough for Ravenclaw...and Gryffindor, well there isn't anything wrong with Gryffindor...haha
*Carries a batch of cookies that another elf left behind when they went to clean dorms from the oven to the counter and began arranging them on a ceramic plate*

Yes we can always come back...haha but I dont know if there will be any elves who would be as dedicated to these kitchens as we were...I'm sure there would be, but I think we were pretty into it...

As for the house Hufflepuff i have nothing against the house or them itself. I've got a few friends that has alot of/are Hufflepuff/s traits. I'm just not one of them. I'm the type of person that keeps emotions to self so.... i know i definitely will not fit in there! The only traits i have that would make me probally belong there is Loyalty! Plus as i said in the other post i most definitely have alot of Slytherin traits! The whole self ambitions, cleverness, cunning, determination, and resourcefulness; are definitely some of my main traits. As for Gryffindor...well the only thing i have in common with that house is Chivalry! Ravenclaw...I'd do well in there but i don't have the passion to know about everything and anything!! ) ::Looks @ Sarah:: "Yes we can come back!! I'm actually looking forward to that! The chance to see the new elfs and everything else!! But i will miss it here!! We have kept this kitchen so busy!" ::Stops cleaning up area and turns to Summer:: "I hope you get into Slytherin too!! I think if you and I got into that house we'd make it a proud house to be in! But whatever house we do get into i hope we can all stay in touch and help each other out!! So far i believe we are some of the closes elfs thats been in this kitchen so far!!" (OoC: Also another part of this guild is trying to start up quidditch again!! But we need more ppl to participate to see how it goes! If any elfs would like to help go here Quidditch Guild!! It's part of this guild but its the testing "Guild/site" for it!! Hopefully we can get enough ppl to join and help us "Test It" so we can get it going here soon!!)

(OOC-yea I can't wait to see all the new elves in my first Hogwart's environment, it will be fun! We definitely were into actually creating recipes...and yes, I don't really have anything against hufflepuff either,I can fit in there because sometimes I can be pretty spazzy and bubbly, and ravenclaw, well I'm just not smart enough for that! haha. Gryffindor, I have that whole "bravery" thing, but Slytherin is also my strongest choice. Besides, you don't hve to be "evil or sinister" necessarily...haha)

I do hope I will get into Slytherin, but we can stay in touch no matter what. Right? I mean, say I'm pu into Hufflepuff, I'm not going to hate you because you're in Slytherin...haha

Also since it seems this will be our last day here as house elfs lets go out with a bang by creating a big chocolate fountain with lots of things to coat them in!!" ::Walks to pantry pulls out chocolate chips, cream, shortening, fruit, cakes, brownies, and other goodies to cut up and get ready. Walks to counter sets everything down except the cream, chocolate chips, and shortening. Brings those to stove and adds to a pot on low heat to melt and blend together. Walks to counter to begin on the fruits and things!!:: "Let get everything ready so it'll look like this!!  "

"That's a great idea, Kamalia!" Sarah joins Kamalia at the counter and helps cut up all the food to dip into the chocolate. She sorts each different food into separate bowls and places them on the table to go up to the Great Hall.
EDIT: I wondered what the color "plum" would look like... biggrin
EDIT: What about fuchsia?

::Goes to stove and takes chocolate off. Adds to the Chocolate fountain machine. Sets on counter to be sent up to the Great Hall! Gets started on us elfs one!!::

[[I'm a little confused too. Is it normal sorting or early sorting? I'm thinking that it's normal since the new term starts soon, which means we only need 30 posts and to have been here for 3 weeks.
