I made it myself yesterday. Seeing as how I've never done it before and also how I absolutely suck monkey arse at avi art, I'm pretty darn proud of myself.
Still, took me about four hours.

Well maybe thats how Smeargle can evolve?
Like how a Shelder bites onto Slowpokes tail it turns into Slowbro.
This paper can get....touched somehow by Smeargle and make him into...Picaso...eargle? xd (Just randomly threw that there, I know it doesnt make sense lol)
