I know hai is the romaji for yes in japanese. Yet, I do not say it with that meaning. If you have never noticed, the pronounce of that romaji is the same pronounce of hi.

Just uploaded something I found, lost in one of my folders .-.

For C and B ranked missions you have to be assigned by someone of at least jounin rank. A and S, you get those from the sannin or Tsuchikage.

I didn't say they couldn't take it on their own, just that they'd have to be assigned to it (asking a higher rank to be assigned for a mission, but that higher rank doesn't need to join the chuunin). And I said that because there are missions that require interaction/instruction from a higher ranked shinobi. The missions 1(from C rank list), 2 and 3 (from B ranked list) are examples of that.
As for the A ranked missions, there are just 2 for now, 1 requires a direct order from the Tsuchikage and the other would be when the village is attacked. I answered mint based on that so it is not as incorrect as you say .-.

I don't mind allowing a chuunin to assign missions on their own, but it'd depend on the mission of course. In a few days, when I'm completely back, I'll review the missions, and think of others that could be added.

Well am I able to do #1 on the C ranks and I forgot the other since im tired(went to play to see the sound of music)...and if I have to do(yet again I forgot) a b-ranked then the transfer documents thing(was that a C or B? Dammit)
