Luciano threw his empty ammo cartridge at one of the guards to Skotti's right, as a distraction and then he started in with the ones on both sides. He dodged for cover after that, taking his teammates with him.

The shade took her crossbow out and tried to take cover but tripped and fell into the line of fire of a guard.

((On it!!- No problem, Pen! I'll roll with it.))

Luciano gasped and then he screamed, "SHADE!!!!" He suddenly threw himself in the line of fire, shooting every guard he could see. Then after he landed on the floor, he grabbed Shade by her shirt and dragged her to safety.
Once they took cover, Luciano looked over at her, he shouted through the gun fire, "Are you ok?!"

Luciano nodded and he shouted, "Ok!! On my mark you run and I will cover you!!" he peeked behind the pillar they were stationed at, and shot a few guards, then more took their place and shot at them. He looked across the room to see Silvina holding her own just fine. Once he saw it was clear, he shouted to Shade "GO!!!"

((oh good, everyone's hear, and the battle is goinG! biggrin we can get to the part where Twi risks his life for Luc tonight! i'm gonna edit this post with a realy long one, so be ready guys! ^w^))

As soon as gunfire started Twi jumped into action, shooting guards that seemed to be going after him and his friends. he noticed quickly that they had it covered though, so when Goldfire leaped from the stairs at him Twi brought his sword up and began his dual in teh midst of everyone else's battle.

He swung and ducked and stabbed and slashed and brought his sword in weaving swiping motions; and Goldfire blocked and deflected each onewith his staff, pressing an aggressive defence and offence. Twi was forced to block and duck and sidestep various repose's. his sword came clos eto Goldfire' neck, but he rolled and did a side flip kicking at Twi's back, which he blocked by pivoting with the flip and bringing his gunblade around to block with like a shield. the weapon was hooked and flung out by Goldfire's boot, and then goldfire did a double spinning kick, hitting twi in the face with the first and kicking the gunblade half-way up the stairs with teh second. Twi came back with an elbow strike that was blocked by Goldfire's staff, and then a sweep that Goldfire jumped over. he brought down his staff at Twi's head but it was blocked by the sword. they both struck wth their knees three times, hitting eachother's knees each time. they locked their weapons and faced eachother for a few moments, until Goldfire began chanting. his healing spell made Twi recoil, and he ran up the steps to his gunblade. his cousin jumped and flipped in the air landng in front of him and the battle continued with another flurry of blows as Twi was backed down the stairs in combat. he ducked and feined, circling around to the upper ground again and ran up the stairs to shoot at Goldfire. each bullet being deflected by the staff.

As Luciano ran behind Shade for cover, Luciano saw a soldier with a Sniper Rifle aiming for Skotti. Luciano gasped and then he screamed "SKOTTI!!!" straightaway he pulled out his Ballistic Knife, flipped the switch, and then the blade went right into the soldier's throat. Once that was out of the way, he flung Silvina onto his shoulder and ran.

Kydre stood with the door to the hall open shooting the guards if they tried to come near, "OI! Luciano, guys this way!" she called.

their fight took them dow the hall, and into the dojo. with more room to maneuver, they began running on walls, and leaping off of them, sticking to corners one minuet and then running across teh floor the next. Twi began shooting out teh lights, one by one, catsing teh room into arkness. coming up to his cousin he tried to grapple him but was thrown off and pinned down. then, Naran threw shuriken at the windows, shedding daylight into the room that would weaken Twi, and prevent his spellcasting. he continued to fight, quickly losing his advantage, and then found himself being kicked and beaten with teh taff brutally. his face was bruising, and his shades were cracked. he pulled them off, tossed them aside and spat blood, then rushed back in, swinging and spinning and slashing and cutting and swiping with fury. he left numerous scratches and cuts on Goldfire.
