(*Is instantly curious, and drags Richard out of his books*) In his room, Richard's desk was surrounded by old books. Some were falling apart, and it seemed as if he had went and robbed a library. Of course he hadn't, but one might have thought so. Richard at the moment was not at his desk, but rather knotting his tie at his closet. He had showered and shaved and brushed his teeth so that he would not scare people if he left the room. He tended to lose himself in his research sometimes.

The woman, if she could even call herself that, stood and almost silently made her way out of her room and downstairs. Though she was still recognizable, she no longer had the air of regality that she possessed before, all of her color seemed to be muted to the point where she almost appeared to be translucent.

((Actually, I think Gaia's just being a b***h.))

Allen watched Kaden, just happy that he had released himself from River's leg. "Well, normally, you have the last name that your parents have." He explained, leaning on his elbow as he waited for his drink. He glanced to the two females that had entered the room and couldn't help but notice how... melancholy they both seemed.

((Once again, if I cut out, I'll be back in ten.)) Richard wore a pale yellow tie today, over a black dress shirt. He turned off the lights and closed the door behind him, going on down the stairs. He caught sight of Crystal, and paused. He blinked once. What was wrong? "Mi'lady?" He inquires, stepping closer. "Are you alright?"

She turned around to face the voice, the part of her that was empty filled now with a deep sorrow. "Richard," she said softly as she gazed upon the man she had wronged the most.

Allen sat up strait and bowed politely, "Then I must introduce myself." He said, chivalry dripping from his pores like sweat. "My name, as you may have heard, is Allen Springfield. One of the last of my kind and official Black Sheep of the family. And you are?" He looked over at Kaden and chuckled. "Such a full life you had for a young man your age." He said, sipping his drink. "I always wondered what my son would have been like had he lived." He mused with a fond smile. "Well, how old would you be, Kaden?"

If she had, he didn't know it. Richard frowned ever so slightly. "Are you alright?" He said again, though she obviously was not. He sort of glanced around the bar, keeping his voice low. "What's wrong Crystal? You look pale as a ghost..." He said, obvious concern in his frost eyes.

"I am sorry Richard," she said, her voice soft as she looked away from him. "I am a lie. You should forget me and find someone worthy of you. Someone real."
