The team was now 5 years younger than they were.

Inside the torn world, Ike thinks. "Alright. This place makes no sense... so we can't make sense. Get me?" he said.
"I got it." said Marty as he took a giant leap from the platform they were standing on. Marty jumped so high that another platform's gravity grabbed him and he fell to that platform, which was above them.
"Jump, I guess." said the 13-year-old Ike. He then jumped to follow Marty.

"Darkrai..." Ginji muttered as the Nightmare began again. "This time, I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED!" he yelled as he was hit with a black orb that consumed him in a frightening sleep. Darkness overcame the young trainer as he reached for his PokeFlute in Dreamland, playing it within his dream, it soothed the Nightmares and allowed himself to wake up feeling refreshed. The blonde boy looked the Nightmare in the eye before releasing a few Younglings for Pokemon.

Aggron, Aron was up first to try and stop the disaster that had befallen the team. As Darkrai attacked with a Brick Break, attempted it rely on Aron's weakness, the Pokemon barely held on with its Focus Band and then returned the attack back at Darkrai by using Metal Burst. Darkrai yelped before finishing Aron off with a Dark Pulse.'

Ginji sighed heavily, the damage done to Darkrai was great, but it still needed to be greater if he was to win. "Munchlax!" Ginji called out as the fervent, young Pokemon was called into battle. Having its Quick Claw activate, Munchlax attacked Darkrai with Metronome to use Seed Flare on the unsuspecting Darkrai. The attack seemed to rebound as a Dark Pulse knocked Munchlax to the ground.

Returning Munchlax to its ball, Ginji called out his Shinx. This battle was becoming a bit too one sided. And not in his favor. Darkrai attacked again with a Dark Pulse, upon contact, Shinx turned into a wooden puppet before attacking from above with a Thunderwave. Darkrai was paralyzed so Shinx attacked again with a vicious Thunderbolt. Darkrai recovered its composure before attacking again with Dark Pulse. This Pokemon just wouldn't go down.

Ginji returned Shinx before sending out Riolu who attacked first with a Force Palm that knocked Darkrai to the ground. The Pokemon glared as it fired a Dark Pulse that blew up it its grasp due to its Paralysis. Riolu then attacked with another Force Palm to send the Legendary flying across the room. Ginji looked at the pain in its eyes, noting how it no longer wanted to be controlled, but loved as a friend. After a long sigh as careful deliberation he decided it would be him to free the Nightmare Pokemon. He grabbed his last UltraBall from his belt as tossed his chubby arm outward to catch the Pokemon with his snag machine, as it was still under Cyrus' control. The ball wobbled with the intentions of friendship and love and after a few long moments, was still. The DING was audible to all those who were listening and it seemed to bring joy to the dark alter.

Ginji sighed as he pocketed Darkrai, giving it ample time to cooldown after the heated encounter. It would take a long time for both of them o trust the other, but it would be worth it.

13-year-old Ike reached up and helped 10-year-old Kwchups land on the next platform.
"Where's Maddy?" he asked.

"Three spirits of the lakes! I command you! Summon me Giratina!" shouted Cyrus's voice. He was closer.

Suddenly a strange wave blasted out of the shadow portal outside at Spear Pillar, sucking in the young Cody, Reaper, and Ginji, where they landed next to everyone else.

*gets sucked in by the vortex and sees ike kw marty and maddy, and cody and ginji* "Yes!!!! the team is back together again!"

Ginji didn't like being gravity's plaything. It was really annoying. But nevertheless he was now face to face with all the other Aqua Members. And they were young. "Please don't tell me that I'm that tiny now..." he looked down at his fingers which were super tiny and groaned in a high pitched squeal only a pre-teen could.

*follows ike and the rest of the aquas and marty* "Lets teach cyrus never to mess with team aqua ever again."

"I don't think he will be learning anything if i kill him... I just want to be my own age again crying " * Follows closely behind Ike and Marty afraid that i may get lost in a place like this*
