"You still didn't answer my third question, either. ...And then I have more, if you feel up to answering them. If not, I won't mind or anything."

"Computer's don't have emotions. They're.. 'not necissary.' Not cost-effective." There was a pang of anger in his voice. The human part of him wasn't too happy about this.
"Go ahead and ask. I've got all the time in the world." He said, his tone returning to it's monotonousness. He wasn't lying, either. He hardly slept like this. Only enough time for the processor in his head to recharge.

"You'd be surprised how far science and medicine has reached in nanotechnology and Cyborgology ((Yes, I made that up. )).." He looked away some, as if ashamed. He had a hunch what her next question might be.
"A friend of mine, she's a scientist studying these fields.. And I was an experiment. A volunteer. Well, a volunteer until I realized what they were going to test me against - and for. I was told it would be a simple test, and I would be returned to normal as soon as I had results." He sat back down. "The Government took over as soon as I went under. If she hadn't awakened me during the operation, I wouldn't just be half-cyborg."

"I doubt I'd be surprised. But I sure as hell know I'm displeased." Nyl looked seriously angry, though not at Seph. But definitely building up to furious. "What...what made you volunteer for that?"

He was rather hesitant to answer. "..She..was a friend." He said simply, doing a very bad job of with-holding information.

"Oh." Nyl thought she had that pretty well figured out. "Well then...I've narrowed it down to two questions, maybe three. ...Yes, three. How do we fix this? Who do I need to go thrash? And where do I find them?" Her voice and expression were mild, even slightly amused, but her eyes when she looked up at Seph were angry.

Seph could tell what she was thinking. The computer in him told him to dismiss that, but the human in him overpowered that. "She said she knew Hwen. Said she knew where to find her." He said suddenly, in attempt to dismiss whatever Nyl had thought.
The CPU quickly took control once again. "We cannot fix this. It's far beyond our technological capabilities. The only way I can think to fix this would be to go back there and make -them- fix this. This would be the Government's fault, and the government is not that difficult to find."

"That is true. I have absolutely no idea what I can and cannot do where technology is concnerned.*" Nyl looked up at the sky. Now there went a random thought. "The government may be easy to find, but they're difficult to conquer. ...Not that I don't think I could do it. But wasting so much chakra on red tape would be inefficient."
*((If Nyl is anything like me, not all that much. XD))

"And a waste of time." He said. "If we're going to do anything, we're going to have to do it under the radar. And we're also going to have to target whoever was incharge of taking over the operation. As soon as he's gone, the dominoes should fall."

"Under the radar is what ninjas do best. You can't fault us for subtlety." Nyl grinned. This almost sounded like something fun. "But I get the idea you don't want anyone else to know about this. I just have one more question, then. ...Are people going to be coming after you?" She thought for a moment. "Okay, two more questions. You can still use chakra, yes?"

"Yes. Yes." He said, frowning at both answers. "Whatever device they used to control me after I woke up was destroyed. My head is telling me that there was only one like it, so I don't have to worry about it. It was unique, irreplacable. But that only means that they -will- be coming after me. This is the most technologically advanced machinery. And they'll be wanting it back." He looked back at her, and to set aside any fears of hers, said, "But I scrambled my tracking sensor. Right now, I'm on top of a mountain a good six-thousand miles away. We have at least a few days before they realize I'm not there, and they start un-scrambling."

At that moment, Nyl had no fears. Not for herself, anyway. She only had the desire to - admittedly, rather dishonorably - deal with whoever had done this to Seph.
"If and when they come...what...sort of thing...would they be? I mean...regular people? Or fused with technology, the way you are?"

Off at the side of the dojo stood a man kicking and punching blidly into the air. "1000...1001..1002..." He Chanted as his punches and kicks corresponded with the ferocity to match a tigers.

"I don't know." He admitted. "I'm not privy to that information. I don't think they'd send their own agents. Too dangerous. Especially when they find out where I -really- am." Seph almost grinned. Almost.
He looked back at Nyl. Something churned in the back of his head - the human part. He realized that he had been acting like this long before he volunteered for this surgery. He knew why, but he didn't want Nyl to know why. That's what that churning was: Relief. He was glad that wasn't one of her questions.
