I'm actually pleased that it's not. 500 posts during a laggy event would have required a lot of online time, and probably made many people complain that the event was not very friendly to those who "have lives," so to speak.
And having the Grunny items be easy and relatively quick to attain made them more "common" and kept most of the usual Marketplace craze out of this Halloween. :3 If you worked hard to get to level five, it was because you wanted something for your own avatar, not so that you could take advantage of others in the Exchange or Marketplace.
I think that the Admins did a really good job planning all the details of this event. They just had a bit too much faith in the overall goodness of the entire Gaian population. *lol*
I didn't even think the "restricted" threads were such a bad idea. Some people wanted the final stage and they had limited time, and so ensuring the most Grunnies for their posts was important. Having a set of stickied "# through #" threads would have been a fantastic idea, I think. Perhaps even tucked away in a sub-forum. That would have left the rest of the forums open for the friendly chatting that the Admins had originally envisioned.

I was lucky enough to meet a group of friendly people with about my number of grunnies, and we managed to tuck a bit of chatter among the many bumps, otherwise I would have never reached 350...
Forgot to ask, do I get TY edits free this month? ninja

Aiko Destiny: Yep. ^^
Celestial Archer: Kewl~ Glad you like them. ^^
Emi: Yay~ I was actually afraid that you might not like them, because, well...you're dead and CF is undead. *lol* You don't like zombies and gory stuff like that so I was afraid that the ghost/vampire theme might not be to your liking. ^^;
...nuu, I got you sick somehow. ;0; I coughed on the PM I sent to you or something I guess.

...nuu, I got you sick somehow. ;0; I coughed on the PM I sent to you or something I guess. XD Well, I don't mind the costumes and stuff, or like a sheet or something, those I like. It's when all the fangs and make-up and pale skin are put in for Vampires and when all the paleness, transparentness, and sometimes like bloodyness or burning injuries or something that's put into a ghost that bother me...Only thing that bothers me no matter what are Zombies x___x Zombies, no matter how they look always make me very very sick. And not just sick as in I hate them, sick as in I have to try my best not to puke. The ones in Maple Story almost made me puke my guts up when I realized that it wasn't kneeling around, it was limping due to the fact it's missing a leg >< Aww...I doubt it @-@ I was coughing for the last few days >< Sadly, we're going to Puerto Rico on the 10th and then to Disney World from there the 15th or 16th...so I really can't get sick.

Meri: heart the TY edits. 4laugh And when you said "wha-fu" it made me giggle. I watched an anime once called "A Little Snow Fairy Sugar" (not sure what the Japanese title is) and there's this little... um, snow fairy named Sugar sweatdrop ... She likes these little waffle/cookie things that Saga buys for her, and when she gets one she happily squeals (in Japanese accents) "Wa-ffo~!"
I got to show off Baby-Ree a little bit yesterday at Hubby's workplace, but not too many people understand the woes of a candy-addicted mother who wants to exploit her son but is too proper to do so. sweatdrop *lol* So I got a little candy, but resisted the urge to take a bag around to all the cubicles.
