I took a soldier pill from my pocket and crunched on it to replenish my HP, which it did so, fully.

I then stood for a moment, and took my twin bladed staff from my back and settled with it for a moment. Then I launched my attack heading straight ahead. I twirled in the air clockwise sending a horizontal slash over him.
