"Don't worry about it." He said to Vincent. His rather blunt approach showing that he didn't have the time or patience to answer every one of his pestering questions. "Jeannie, we're leaving, we've got places to go and people to see. Sorry Vincent but you can't come along. You've got a future to worry about. Where we're going someone like you can't follow." He said softly, without looking at him he spoke again. "Vincent excuses like you don't know where she is are pathetic. Of course you don't know where she is, I don't know where she is. I'm saying find her and keep her safe. If you can't do that then you have no right following us." He tilted his head to the side slightly looking at Jeannie now. "We've wasted enough time, now let's go." His body slowly dispersed into a thick silverish mist, which soon spread around Jeannie dispersing herself as well. As the two of them finished subliminizing their mist dispersed vanishing from the area, where they were going and what needed to be done had yet to be discovered.

Vincent looked at Lucien, remaining silent. Vincent would be lying if he ever said that he wasn't a little hurt. He thought that he and Lucien were friends. As they disappeared, he wondered what he would do. The UNS was after everyone and he was alone. The fact that Lucien said Vincent had a future kind of burned Vincent. How was he going to have a future and people were trying to kill him?

Vincent soon walked off unto the burning streets of Rome. He felt the ground move as after shocks from Anya's release could be felt. He had to find Amara....he would do that. Turning around he went back into the ally to find the body of the two dead men Lucien had killed. He began to strip the man down as he put on his clothing including a helment that would shield the majority of his face. Walking away, Vincent began to look at the scanner inside of the helmet, it showed every targeted OWL and where the other UNS members were at. He began to jog down the streets finding a destination.

(TFP - Diana)

Diana was keeping her check on the battle, as always she was sitting their keeping watch between Thomas and Sabrina, but between the dust coming through she covered herself with her left arm that was holding her book and noticed a few Helicopters taking the air. " Are we retreating? But if we are then Thomas would give me the call?" Look over the rubble she saw alot of attacks in the forest of vines and then was pushed a bit more because of the wind, she began to get back down and started to straighten her skirt from flapping, as she looked over while seeing only specs of dust on her glasses. "Why did it have to be now." as she took them off she began to clean them while sliding them back on. Hearing her name she looked over to see Thomas. Trying to tell her to move, she started to get out of the rubble and saw Thomas stop a few seconds. She still ran over to him holding her journal along.

Roulin zoomed through the crowd trying as hard as he could to pick up on any part of Thomas's energy signature. What he managed to find instead was a huge spike in aura similar to the one that was given off when Noel and Adam died. That had to be of some significance, but whether or not it involved Thomas was another issue. He could even sense the man over the explosion of energy. Going to check it out wouldn't hurt though. The detective was now sure that something large had happened. If it didn't come from the sweeping blast that followed the expulsion, then the earthquake may have been his answer.

Not even his terrakinetic forces could hold himself still. The Earth was going to quake and there was nothing he could do but wait. Only for a few seconds did it last. Now, it was back to fighting and absorbing powers. Roulin had already attained three from just running around. Magnetism, some other power he'd yet to use and Bone Manipulation. He'd had the latter power a while ago, so how to use it was still fresh in his mind. From his right, a rather lanky man garbed in what seemed to be a traditional samurai outfit drove a sword at him. The suit was still UNSified, so it was black all over, but still very, very metallic. Roulin held a hand out at the swords tip. As it came closer and closer to the Italian's open palm, the katana began to chip away, the shards being sent into people behind him. In seconds, the sword was torn down to nothing but a hilt. The man, obviously scared now dropped his hilt and proceeded to attack.

As much as the owl liked QCQ, this wasn't the place to waste time on it. The man wasn't someone he'd want to give the pleasure anyway. Rather than fight him, Roulin crushed him. The metal suit he wore was his to manipulate with his new power over magnetism. The man's tall body was crushed into the dimensions of an average soda can before being tossed into the bloody pile of remains left behind by the Owl. On to the next thing...

Watching Kate try to walk proved be assurance that for now, she'd need a bit more of Che's help. He was willing to give it with no questions. After she collapsed, the elder owl took to her side and once again brought her to her feet with a sigh. He wasn't annoyed by this. At this moment, he simply wished this day would end. Two Heralds and a Great Four member have been killed so far today...this was not going well aside from Timmy taking out the building Che had intended to do so himself.

"Trust me, I am calm. I just things weren't---" What calmness Che had retained from the situation was tossed out of the window when the afro'ed Italian's mentor made his entrance. After taking a joking, but painful punch to the top of his head, the man's eyes widened in anguish, but they soon lowered. Will was still alive and that was always a good thing. "You are my maid for now....when this day is over, I'll make it up to you alright? Until then, I have more pointless sh*t for you to do, like helping me find and keep up with Roulin." Will was already ahead as usual for he was gone to find Roulin. Che looked over to Kate who still seemed to be feeling the sum of her parts. He didn't want to move her, but it had to be done. With her permission, he took her into his arms again and began to trail Will. Roulin's aura was steadily changing and Che could see it as clear as day. He was picking of UNS members and gaining powers and enjyoing it all as he went along. The young man's aura was tainted and so were his motives.

Thomas was still fighting to get out of the minature jungle that Sabrina had encased them in. As he worked at eating through the layers and layers of wild plant life that were before him, he began to question why he hadn't attained Sabrina's Herald power yet? Was the process this slow? Then, an earthquake occured. He wasn't sure if it was Sabrina's doing or someone she'd managed to let kill her before she died. It had to be the latter because he hadn't noticed a change and his head began to hurt thinking of how to power would even work in his hands. If nothing came out, then no powers. Realizing this, Thomas grew furious. The odor that his Negation held returned it was now far more concentrated than it was during his recent fight. The Owl of Death was mad. The Herald outside didn't know what he was getting himself into...

Thomas had to dig claws into the ground to keep himself from being blown away by the wind Noah was producing. He could see the Wind Herald through the trees and shrubbery now, but this didn't bring a smile to his face. Who could've taken Sabrina from him like that? The more he dwelled on it, the angrier he became. Teeth gnashing, he ducked to evade Noah's wind blades. They were low to the ground, but Thomas could still dodge them by flattening himself. After that was down, he released hundreds of pike shaped shots of Negation from his back and forearms, all aimed at Noah. Thomas would have the power of at least one Herald before leaving Italy today.

((UNS - Will))

Even though Will had already left his student, Che's words didn't escape him. ~Hmph, you lazy bum, Che. You've gotten slower.~ He glanced back at Che and made a face. He knew Che was following. If anything, Will was sort of clearing a path for Che too because the Satan Owl was still randomly attacked...though those attacks were like people throwing very soft stuffed animals at him.

He also couldn't help but notice that a certain area was tearing up with power that could only belong to a Herald's. The Satan Owl smirked for a moment as he realized that Thomas hadn't received the powers...meaning he hadn't killed a Herald. It was Anya. It couldn't have turned out better. "Lovely. At least she doesn't stink as much as Thomas while breathing in all those fumes of hers..." He would have gone to her to quell her, but he sensed through the engagement ring that Nikolai already had that taken care of.

Now, where was Thomas.... The blonde could see Roulin (and his "posse") quite clearly. The aura was a big giveaway. Although it was changing, Will didn't mind the change. The Great Four were not always the way they were. In the earlier years, there was bound to be instability....and even later, some Owls just had issues. It applied to all Titled Owls. It was a phase. Well---oh, not that windy buffoon again. If he gets himself killed because he wants a f**king rematch.... Will could feel Noah's aura somewhere.

Johan walked away and let the troops deal with restraining Amara. He could hear them following after him as he made his way down the hallway. They would be bringing Amara to Thomas so he could decide what to do with her in the end. If Johan had it his way, he would just flat out kill Amara right now without remorse. But he also knew that there could be potential value in keeping Amara as a prisoner.

Kate kept quiet as Che gave a scolding to Will. Fortunately, she did not have to say anything as she was sure that calling him a maid was enough of an insult to Will's ego. Kate was relieved when Will finally left even after such a brief time of being around him. He was such an intolerable person. It was then that Che lifted her up off her feet again to carry her. Kate frowned in mild annoyance. But she knew very well that she was still too weak to walk very far on her own.

===

Erin had taken care of most soldiers around her by creating figures out of the blood on the ground that was amassing near her feet now. Thankfully, this would keep most of the soldiers busy for a while as those figures could not really be destroyed unless the blood they were made of dried quickly. But it seemed that the soldiers were too stupid to figure that out. Normally, Erin did not like to kill other people, but it seemed that she would have to given the fact that these UNS soldiers were out to kill her.

At one point, Erin was grabbed from behind, in a sort of headlock. The Artistic Owl quickly moved to give swift kick to the soldier's groin, forcing him to let go of her before he could dispatch her. Breathing hard, Erin turned to look around her. There was already another ring of soldiers closing in on her. 'You've got to be kidding me... They just keep coming...' Erin thought to herself, biting her lower lip in trepidation before some of them rushed towards her. Sweeping on arm to the front of her, a blood-figure emerged from the blood at her feet to fight a few of the soldiers. However, two of the soldiers managed to make it close to her. Erin was able to deal with one, and she would have been able to take care of the second rather swiftly, but one bullet from a gun lodged itself in her upper right arm. This caused her to be shot again, only that one grazed her thigh.

Distracted by this, Erin put her free arm on her right arm to staunch the bleeding which left an opening for the soldier attacking her. The man raised his fist and it connected with the side of Erin's face. Because of the force of the blow, Erin lost her balance and fell to the ground on her side. As a reflex, a blood-figure came to her defense and moved itself quickly enough to block the soldier from bringing a sword down to end Erin's life. The man's eye widened into big disks as he tried to pull his arm free. But unlike before, he was unable to free his arm. It was basically stuck in the reddish liquid which quickly began pouring down the man's arm and up his legs from the ground to devour the man's body. One moment you could hear him screaming in terror and the next there was silence. The soldiers closest to Erin that had been about to attack her stopped and stared in horror at what had just happened as the blood figure dissolved down to the ground in the pool near Erin, leaving an empty space of air where the unlucky soldier's body had been.

While the soldiers were busy gawking at what had happened to one of their own, Erin was slowly rising back to her feet. Though now, there appeared to be something different about her. When she looked back up at the UNS soldiers, there was no emotion in her completely red-colored eyes.

Tai rammed his hands into his pockets amd kept walking, dismissing the lecture, Tai simply kept pace with the Butler as they walked,"Hm?....Myra and the guests?...simple enough...but you'll be there with me right?..." he agged with a light grin, it was his last reort,"...YOU AREN'T LEAVING ME WITH HER AGAIN YOU SNEAKY b*****d!" he thought angrily behind his grin, he could handle the kids with no problem, they were more fun to play with than Sebastian anyway, but....her...and the other one that tended to hang around Will, they were not fun at all, he was not a punching bag and just because he could recover quickly did not mean he was a meat shield! Will was the only reason he did not pass on to the next world after Sebs pissed em off last time, he did not even seem the least bit apologetic, but he was not going to let him slip away this time, Sebastian was going to get his, and Tai would get to watch. Tai let all this dance in his head for a moment and then the butler began to speak again,"...attaining them is one thing...being grateful is a whole other story..." Tai grinned and laughed,"..Don't mistake respect for comradery...I see you as an equal...you may be....more stuck up...but that's it...a fancy tightwad with a sick sense of humor and maybe a little more class." Even though he did respect the butler, he would not mention it anyway, to him he was a rival.

(For speed...)

Noah evaded the shots of Negation with ease. For ages, Noah had been a master of flight thanks to the element he commanded. Evading with aerial maneuvers came to him as second nature even when the attacking force had little to no dodging room. With indignation, Noah returned his attention to Thomas who still stood firm and determined. From the look in the Death Owl's eyes, he could see that this man wasn't prepared to throw this moment away. Just as Noah wanted....the Herald was prepared for a fight.

Thomas's simply gritted his teeth when Noah's evasiveness proved that it would be an issue later on. Thomas ran beneath the Herald, but the ground quaking was not helping his footing. Noah was taking his team releasing windblade after windblade. Most of them hit the Death Owl, but it wasn't anything his liquid exterior couldn't handle. After the man dodged more of his attacks, the Owl of Death figured that he'd need to get him on the ground to fight him at all. Luckily for him, there was an earthquake going on...apparently Sabrina had given her powers away just in time. An air vent burst throwing hot air upwards on Noah causing him to reel in pain as the heated air scalded him. Thomas pounced on the opportunity, smiling wildly as he did. The maw he used to essentially swallow Sabrina he used on Noah. Once captured in the venomous pit of Thomas's being, the Herald fought to free himself, but found that all of his efforts were stifled by their immediate cancellation. The bubble that Noah formed within Thomas soon died down and like a snake, Thomas regurgitated the Herald's burned and corroded remains. A fume lifted from his dead figure and Thomas's eyes seemed to lull as they lifted into his nose. The exhaust of death it was and the aroma of success was before him and now, the powers of the Wind Herald were within him...

In a spiraling whirl of silver mist Lucien reformed the two ontop of a crumbling building. Staring down Lucien raised his hand up, placing his palm over one of his eyes, and his fingers in his hair. "...Three...Three powers have been lost. Not just any powers either." He said as he felt his head throb lightly. His architech seal blazed in his closed eyes, and soon was supressed. Lucien opened his eyes looking up towards the horizon. "I feel...Thomas." He said softly as he clenched his hand into a tight fist. Hisown liquid negation seeped through the cracks between his fingers and onto the building. "Jeannie, I know I seemed...Uncaring to leave Vincent behind. but it was for the best. He's a survivor he'll be find on his own. If he came with us he wouldn't be able to keep up. I don't say that out of cockiness. He's just a kid, and he's dealing with the very best the world has to offer in Owls. His future is still a mystery, but ours, is set." He turned around to look at her, he smiled a little and then looked down over the collapsed rooftop. "Besides. There's someone I wanted to talk to...Right down there." He said as he pointed down. Looking over the edge one could see a very familiar face, Moli, the new Light Herald. Lucien leapt from the rooftop, landing on the ground he stood up, because of his superstrength he was fine from the fall, not that it was particularly high up, Jeannie without the help of powers could probably just jump down and be fine as well. "Moli. Long time no see. How's your little brother Roulin doing?" He asked as he folded his arms across his chest, his bland attempt at small talk gave off the impression that there was something else pressing on the back of the genius' mind, and indeed there was, something much mroe important.

When Lucien explained himself she could understand where he was coming from. She then proceeded to climb down from the roof from a metal latter on the side of the building. She then walked up towards Lucien and Moli. She hadn't really interacted with Moli so she simply waved and observed the awkwardness that was in the air.

Aeon began to come to as her head was killing her. Her vision blurred she began to open her eyes more, though the feeling alone was damn near unbearable. Once her vision focused she looked around. They had made it!!! Her body was a little sore but the baby and Cecilia were safe. As she stood up and looked where she was at, it was a very nice place. Lucky for them it was abandoned. She began to walk down the hallway, looking for Cecilia.

Cecilia sat with her back against the wall gazing at the sleeping form of the tiny baby, which Aeon and she had been trusted to care for. What would happen to them next? Where would they go from here? Deep down inside, the Cosmic Owl knew that after the events of this day were over, a lot of things would change. Some of the changes would aide them while others would hinder them greatly. Aiden began to whimper and stir. Cecilia made her way to him on her haunches and gently rubbed his tiny back in order to soothe him. How were they going to get what they needed in order to take care of an infant? Cecilia supposed that Aeon could get the stuff that the child needed. But Cecilia couldn't. If they were being hunted, they would need to hide out for a little while. Besides, both girls were rather unstable at the time with Cecilia's newly mended injuries, that would prevent her from doing much of anything for a few months and Aeon....Cecilia didn't know what was happening with her. But if the contents of that vial was the culprit, then she would do her best to make sure that Aeon never touched the stuff again.

Not wanting to doze off, which she was starting to do, Cecilia stood up wincing lightly. The morphine had worn off completely and now Cecilia's entire body tinged with a stinging pain. She tightened the sheet around herself. She needed to find some clothing. The Cosmic Owl couldn't very well walk around in just a sheet. She noticed a small closet with sliding doors within the room that she and the baby were in. Pushing the doors open, shes saw what appeared to be a kimono hanging up. It was nothing, which Cecilia would ever wear, but in this day and age, one had to take what he or she could get and it would be much better than wearing a bloodied sheet. Cecilia removed the sheet from her body and donned the purple kimono. The material was very light and seemed to flow like liquid silk, not to mention it was easy to move around in as well. It would do until she could find something more suitable to her tastes, or at least until she could get a sewing machine and some bolts of material to make clothing of her own for the baby, herself, and even Aeon if it came to that.

Cecilia heard movement outside of the room and assumed that Aeon was now awake. Kneeling down to pick up the mostly empty vial, Cecilia slowly made her way out of the room. She gripped the wall in order to keep herself from falling as she searched for Aeon. The Cosmic Owl should have been laying down, but as usual, her stubbornness prevented her from doing so. There were many things that needed to be done and laying down would complete them. Finally, she found Aeon who seemed to be all right for the most part if not a little pale. Of course, this did not stop Cecilia from rounding on her. She held her fist out and opened it to reveal the small vial with the remnants of the contents inside of it. "I don't want you to lie to me, Aeon. What are you doing taking this? I know that this is what is making you so ill. I want you to tell me what this stuff is, and where you got it," she demanded in a firm tone of voice.

The up and coming Herald of Light had already made short work of the trio of fake Owls that wanted to be his killer. As if the crowd around him hadn't been clamoring to attain just that title. Other Owls had appeared to combat the UNS, but their guns were too powerful. Only those with real offensive powers remained. Moli just happened to be the strongest in the area. That is, until Lucien appeared to him asking him a question. A stupid one at that. The blonde didn't turn an eye to new Death Owl. Why should he? What was he even good for besides opening heads like a can opener? "He's doing fine...What do you want Lucien? If you're not going to help me get out of here, then I don't want to hear what you have to say." Moli would need to time for his body to charge before he could blaze out of the area. Thanks to the crowd of idiots surrounding him, that was easier said than done.

~~~
Roulin's body was now surrounded by porous a dome of dead bodies. They weren't doing anything anymore...why not use them for something? The dome extended for half a mile so there was more than enough shield to go around. They took bullets, attacks and whatever else may have harmed Roulin. For attackers, he simply flung a body at them at quite a speed. The impact was enough to shatter ribs and possibly more. "Telekinesis is something I swear...." boasted the Owl of Life. His vision was deactivated to prevent what happened with Noel to happen again. He didn't need to be blinded at this moment.
He didn't need his vision to be alerted to the deaths of the two Heralds Sabrina and Noel. The change in the area's aura concentration nipped at him like static electricity. Painless, but enough to let him know that something had occurred. Picking up his pace, he took off into the area the change in aura originated from. Erin was having her moment, but like Roulin said, what happened to her was up to her. Her emotional and mental stability wasn't his responsibility.
Aeon looked at the vial Cecilia was holding. Aeon wasn't one to lie too much so she reached for it. "It's KIK, I picked it up last time I was here in Japan, a while back" she admitted. "I was having problems with my abilities and it helps me control my natural ability of projection" she said. Rubbing her head she looked over to baby Aiden and back at Cecilia.
"You'll need to get to bed Cecilia, you're still recovering. I can go into town and go get some medicine and some formula for the baby" she told the sapphire OWL. "We were fortunate to be able to run into a place like this though" she added. Aeon was conversing as if she hadn't been busted for taking drugs, but her mind was on bigger things like their survivals.
Lucien smiled a little, yaking one of his hands back from it's folded position a soldier was lifted from the ground, grabbing at his throat, like a bad pun from some star wars movie. Lucien floated up to the man, looking down at Moli he said. "What I want is a deal." He reached his hand out, in the time he had acquired Amaya's powers he had planned ways to manipulate it in different ways, for example when used in unison with his negation, the results were quite catastrophic. He reached out, touching the man's head a shockwave of electrical energy labeled with negaion markers traveled through the man's body, which looked about as pleasant as it sounded. In an instant the man's exterior discintegrated, evaporating into the air leaving behind a blackened skeleton. Lucien smirked lightly as he released his telekinetic grip on the skeleton. "Look arround you Moli we're outnumbered one thousand to one. It'll only take one lucky shot to take us out, with those damned nullifying bullets."
He landed on the ground shortly after, folding his arms again he looked at Moli with a sideways glance. "I'm not asking you to like it but you need my help as much as I need yours. I'm sure you've noticed the heralds are being picked off one by one. Adam, Noah, Sabrina all dead. Even Noel the God Owl herself. Face it we're being picked off one by one. If you and I want to live then I purpose a deal. You have few options as far as friends go, with the distance between your brother and yourself, and the all but dispersement of the Night Owls you have two options. form a temporary truce and come with me. Or stay here, and gamble your life away in the hopes that you'll meet up with your friends before who or whatever is taking out the heralds finds you first." He said as he turned his head to look at him fully. "We're not horribly different Moli, you with the O.W.L. incident all those years ago, remember? You're explosion caused quite a few people their lives, are my actions much different?"
Moli delivered kicks and punches to each of the soldiers closing in on him. A few finally managed to punch him in the jaw. The Herald only returned with a punch twice as hard, but twice as blindly thrown. The wily blonde had to admit that at this point, he was beginning to feel his fatigue. Lucien was right. There were more and more people closing in on their position and they weren't about to present them with an escape route. As convenient as that may have been, Moli knew it wasn't going to happen that easily. Another black visor was taken out and following that was a beam of light through the skull. Moli had killed his first enemy here...sinking to that to him was a sign of desperation.
"Unlike you, you lying manipulative b*****d, my actions were unintentional!" The Countdown Owl was only given moments at a time to glance up to Lucien who had just done away with a UNS soldier. His methods were tasteless and sheltered no remorse...that's not what The Night Owls were about. Moli wasn't about to stoop to such a level either....the body at his feet seemed to suggest otherwise though. Slowly, a film of light began to creep up the young man's arm until it covered parts of his upper torso and face. "I think you've got this Lucien. You and your band. I'm going to decline your offer if you don't mind...I don't work with murderers or terrorists...goodbye." When the process finished, Moli's form exploded into shards of light.
