 URGH. I hate when stuff like this happens.
My laptop won't turn on. I know why its doing this, and its an easy fix, but I don't have time right now. Mom said she'd do it, but if not, I'll have to crack it open this afternoon.
This SUCKS because I already had a majority of Aemilio's history written, and I need to finish my portfolio pieces. ><

Dang it! I really want that Ringmaster doll, but I'm too stingy to part ways with a lot of my other multi-pose items just for one wig. Booty Grab is so tedious, I'm too impatient to vend, I am too lazy to open an art shop, and I'm too picky when it comes to looking for avatars to draw in the art request subforum of mini-shop. ;A;
Are portfolio pieces inside the laptop? Man, that stinks. I made a habit of keeping backups of important stuff in one of those little memory cards (whatever they call these things these days). That way, if my laptop fails on me, I would be able to at least head to a public computer to upload work from there.

Yeah, I have an external drive for backup, but I just haven't gotten around to moving all of my portfolio stuff over. Cause..I'm still working on a majority of it.

I see. Maybe I should clean my laptop sometime soon. Hopefully, I don't mess something up and my laptop goes kapooey. >.>
Right now, I'm going through some soundtrack/ost thing and trying to find where it best work in the Circus roleplay. So far, some are fitting, and some are just straight out hilarious. xD

Horray for working computers!
I can sympathize with no one ordering art. :c Only one person offered me a bribe. xD Hopefully when I'm done with my current commissions, I should have enough for Lovers.
Because Velvetine is a jerk and won't give it to me. >:c

Hey.. I never knew this, but Firefox is pretty dandy for vending. XD D: Someone was selling Arcana breaks for like 6ok a pop, and I bought a couple.. and played all of them. I failed big time. XD
Sil, open bribe shops. You usually can get higher amounts of gold for art and more people to drop by. :3

Silent Cartoon You know, I've never really been sure how bribe shops work. XD Open a thread, have some examples in the first post, and just write "Temp Bribe Shop" as the title or make it more original if you want to. People will come to your thread and offer you x amount of gold. It's your choice to work for that amount or decline and wait for higher offers.

I'm not sure how successful bribe shops are. You'd get people who'll either low ball you, or be very generous. Art prices these days are all over the place. o_O;

Yen Quest I'm not sure how successful bribe shops are. You'd get people who'll either low ball you, or be very generous. Art prices these days are all over the place. o_O; Lol. Which is why I wait it out a bit before I begin to accept offers. And there are more generous people than lowballers, so that's why I can sell my art for a nice sum. XD

Set a minimum bribe amount to try and weed out the stupidly low offers. It helps.
But yes, there are more generous people than lowballers.
Bribe shops are generally successful if the artist is good at what they do, and have a reasonable minimum bribe offer. c: I believe you all could open bribe shops and make very good profit.
When they don't work, is when the artist draws 2g worthy pictures in paint saved in .jpg of their kawaii desu stick figures and ask 2mil. o3o I've seen similar, and it breaks my soul.

People usually make new threads whenever they start a temp bribe shop, right? Or do they recycle their old threads for that? I just dislike creating new threads when I could just use an old one. It's easier to keep track of my threads via the "my topics" feature thing. My art mood plays a big role in this, could go through months of no artsy mood, and there be a week I'll be crunching out 5 artworks. :/
