I actually just watched Death Note Relight the other day... and I have to say, I felt really sad for Light Yagami/Kira...
I mean.... not totally saying killing people was right. But I see Light's side of things as well...

I never really had an interest to read Death Note.
I'm aware that it's one of the most successful animes out there, and that there's a reason why it is what it is.
But to me, the more I hear of it, the more it sounds like some over-rated show. Probably because of all the L cosplays I've been seeing.

It does have a huge annoying fanbase, but the plot and characters are amazing.
