[Azrael: Hawaii: Beach]
Azrael's face twitched at Ajora's...antics, for there was no other word besides antics. What the hell was he even doing?! What, was he a sand fish now?
Reaching out, the fighter snatched Ajora by the scruff of his neck, holding the male up to his face, eyes seriously pissed off looking. "Yo. Calm your tits."
[?: Hawaii: Lugae's Lab]
The mass of fur and muscle watched the new person. The two scientists were already assumed allies, with the older one being the one to protect. But this new person...
The weretiger stood from his corner, fur and muscles rippling at the graceful movements as he strode over to Nich, towering over him and giving the air around him a few sniffs, teeth bared and claws at the ready, giving a look to Zexion as if to ask if this person was a threat or not, a low growl emanating from the beast's throat before being cut off with a snort.

[ Sora ; Kyle ; Kuja : Black Pearl : On Deck ]
Sora gave a wistful smile as Dawn walked off, talking about how she wouldn't fail anyone else. He wished that were true. But he'd been in her position too many times. He'd learned the hard way that you can't save everyone all the time; he grimaced at the thought of seeing James be taken over.
But you can't be told that. You have to go through it... Wish I were like that again.
"Uggggh."
The genome emerged from the Captain's Cabin, looking absolutely miserable, his hair actually messy. His skin was paler than its normal porcelain appearance, giving him a sickly look, and his face was contorted in a mixture of frustration and ailment.
"When can we get off this miserable hunk of wood?" he asked loudly, glaring around at the people in the group.
"Just a few minutes," Kyle responded from the front, looking at the massive island that was now before them. The winds had been gracious, it seems; they made it before sunset. The ship was now being steered toward a small entrance into the island fortress that was Shipwreck Cove. The steep cliffs towered far over the tip of the Pearl's mast, casting a deep shadow over the ship which was aided only by the mane torches that lined the stone walls.
"We'll go ahead and help dock before we split up," he said, turning to face the others. "Need to make sure nothing's amiss around here."

[ Seymour ; Riku : Hawaii : Beach ]
Riku, despite his experience, despite his resolve, and despite his ability to shield away emotion, felt the air rush out of him the moment the Geist rushed through, forcing him to relive all of his worst memories. And his were, arguably, worse than most- he attacked his friends, tried to sacrifice innocent lives, and at one point nearly helped in obliterating the universe. He gasped for breath; it was only once, it was almost completely inaudible, and it was pretty much the only sign of shock he revealed, but it was still so much more than he was used to showing.
However, he had the experience, the resolve, and the emotional shielding to immediately recuperate, jumping into the fray mere moments later with the Road to Dawn in hand, making a quick and decisive slash through a Pirate Heartless; it wasn't destroyed, but severely weakened, limping away in surprise. Without pause, the Keyblade Master finished up by tossing his Keyblade through the weakened Pirate, destroying it and even killing a Green Requiem behind it.
Those were his memories. No one elses. Nobody violated that privacy.
Seymour had seemed almost entirely unfazed by the Geist that had jumped through him. Instead, he focused on the enemies at hand. With a scowl, he watched Ajora kidnap the 'Ivalician', Nicholas. He was torn between being annoyed at the Replica for doing so without asking, possibly ruining any guise they had, and being thankful for the Replica taking away the hindrance, giving him a better chance to do his job.
Scepter in hand, Seymour charged the end with a cold aura before thrusting it forward, sending a powerful Blizzaga spell at a small trio of Yellow Operas, obliterating them all in the explosion. And yet, for every Yellow Opera destroyed in this battle, a Red Nocture took its place, immediately sending a Fire spell at the attacker. This left Seymour to guard against 3 simultaneous blasts; he threw his hands up in front of him, guarding against the small explosions of magic while being pushed back a few inches.

{Hawaii .:. Beach} Bobbi barely caught the movement of the Pirate Heartless flanking her. She only managed to spot one as she turned slightly to pick off one of the Operas; she spotted the Pirate as it attacked. She immediately ducked and rolled forward, holding her breath as her head went under water before her somersault ended. As soon as she regained her feet, which she was getting quite good at doing, she turned and fired off three successive arrows into the Pirate Heartless, detonating the Blizzard Edge upon impact. Fire erupted on her back, causing her to stumble forward and cry out in pain. She hadn't even seen the Red Nocturne appear, and it had managed to land a cheap shot. A Yellow Opera had drifted off from the main battle, somehow finding it's way over to the tree Demyx was hiding behind. He had is head peaked out from behind the trunk enough to watch the fight, and saw the Heartless languidly drifting in his direction. As he stared, curious, it floated up near him, and he frowned.
He did not want to get involved in this.
"Shoo. Shoo," he whispered, waving his hand towards the Heartless. "Go away you stupid thiGYAAH!"
It zapped him! The stupid Heartless had slammed him with a thunderbolt, then darted away, bobbing up and down as if laughing at him. Demyx dropped a sphere of water on the thing and checked to make sure his hair was still in place.

[Anthony ~.~ The Black Pearl ~.~ Lower Deck]
"Okay, okay, okay," Anthony said, chuckling. "I know when I'm not wanted." He walked out of the room, only to pop his head back in from around the doorway. "But in all seriousness... If you ever feel like talkin', I'm here for ya." He smiled at the girl, then said, "Alright, I'm going this time. See you later!" And with that, he slipped around the doorway and began searching for Louis.
"Now where did that guy run off to...?" the warrior-knight thought to himself as he walked through the corridors of the lower deck. "Louis!" he called out, his hands cupped around his mouth. "Louis! ... Loui--oh, I feel ridiculous...," he said, feeling awkward for yelling out loud. "Where could he have gone?"

[Nick :: Hawaii :: Lugae's Lab]
Nick raised a brow, then smirked. "Of course you were. What should I expect from the Cloaked Schemer? Always got a trick up your sleeve. Well then, let's get out of these rags and into something more fitting." He chuckled to himself, Darkness surrounding him until it vanished without a trace. He now stood in a black and gray suit, a long cloak flowing behind him. His face was now covered with a black and white mask; the colors split down the middle and covering the upper half of his face.
"That's better. So, dear Zexion, what are...you...making..." His words crawled to a halt as a large catlike man towered over him. The muscles on the large gentleman could have crushed his head in a single flex. He was suddenly a bit concerned for his safety. "A friend of yours, Zexion? If it's alright with you, I'd rather not be killed by this man."

[Amy : Cloud : Hawaii : Beach]
Amy wouldn't have tried to stop Ajora, even if she'd been aware he was stealing a strand of her hair. She felt like an evil, terrible, awful person, while also feeling that everyone else was just the same; she felt the monster, and the victim. She sat up now, recovered, as it were, but not really moving to help. She saw everything, but didn't comprehend, yet, what was happening.
A heartless came close, and she summoned her guns and shot it, offhandedly, instinctively, without realizing what she was doing. The world was slowly coming back into focus. Where was John? Where was Kyla? Where was Alan?
Cloud immediately swiped at the Geist after it fazed through him. His swing was too late, though, and he missed the Geist by mere seconds. His sword pierced the ground, and for a moment, he leaned on it, like it was difficult to stand. He didn't immediately join the fight, and instead circled around, looking for the source of this "game". He stabbed into one of the pockets of darkness, but it was a Neoshadow, and not Ajora.

[Kai: Air Above the Black Pearl> Tip of Crow’s Nest]
The Nameless A strange shadow materialized right above Sayrike and Jacob, and landed on the very tip of the Crows Nest. Being weightless as she usually was, Kai balanced herself perfectly on the tip of her foot. Her vestige was obscured by a tattered looking cowl she had draped elegantly around her shoulders. Drifting forward like a looming ghost she smiled wickedly at them. Her book held between her hands. Kai looked into their eyes one, then the other, and said only one thing… “So let’s see a show of hands..who’s afraid of the Dark?”
Her book snapped open in her hands, and from a score of inked bled pages exploded a gigantic plume of darkness. It erupted like a funnel of smoke that rushed out and then rolled over them. It consumed the entire ship within moments. Lights would be put out, candles, lanterns, everything and anything that gave them even a shred of light was snuffed out mercilessly. Sound was muffled, and a cold empty silence rolled in as a terrifying precursor to an even more disturbing sound of a high pitched shriek that grew steadily closer from everywhere and no where they could see. “Play nice.” Kai’s voice echoed as she rose up and out of the cloud. The Pictomancer had encased the ship in a thick mist as dark and as pitch like as a spilt ink well. She looked down upon it as it moved with the ship, stretching at least 10 yards off every side, even under the water. She drifted there and brushed her hands lovingly over the picture of the encased ship with a smirk on her face. No light could pierce the cloud from outside. It was completely sealed off from the outside light.
“Come… Come… come and feast on your prey. Let them remember why man feared the night.”
[???: Black Pearl, Star board side] SSSSSSCRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A perfect harmony between shattering glass, scrapping nails, shredding metal and human vocal cords, the most heart shuddering sound erupted from one side of the ship. Followed by the sound of scrapping that moved swiftly up the side in rapid succession. With a resounding ‘thud’ it was on the top deck. A hiss, and no matter where they were it felt it was right over their shoulder.

[Kyla: Hawaii: Beach Shore>]
In those precious few moments before the storm hit, Kyla memorized how it looked. She didn’t want to summon her book before, less it start a fight, so she would put it in later when she knew it was safe. Her eyes drank in the deep indigos, the highlight orange lines that rimmed the crimson clouds above the golden sphere that slowly descended towards the water. Most importantly she took a moment to side glance those around her and burn how they looked in those moments into the back of her mind for later reference. It was all she could do, her memory was visual to begin with, and so once she saw it, it was there forever. Even when all hints of one’s name fades from her memory, their faces wouldn’t. Seymour had returned, some people were humming, she could hear something lyrical on the wind, but that could be her imagination. She was about to stand up when Ajora rose, and verbally stamped in his shift card.
Oh Joy.
….and then she felt something like a chill across over her skin. It had nothing to do with this moment in time on the beach. It was like catching a scent from a flower miles away that just happened to be carried on the wind that far. Pure luck, pure chance, maybe, maybe not. Tyue shuddered and leaped out of her lap , fading back into Kyla’s form again.
~ What was that?!~she asked while Kyla pulled herself up off the sand.
’ …I…I don’t want to know.
Meanwhile it seemed Ajora wasn’t enjoying the gun being pointed din his face, not that she could blame him. Kyla almost felt inclined to intervene, what if Ajora did something and made Nick suddenly shoot himself? It could happen.
She made her way over when Ajora snapped his fingers like a ring master giving the signal, and she felt the hairs rise up on her neck. “Crap.”
Something passed through her from below her feet and all at once her darkest feelings flashed into her mind. Hate, anger, Darkness, Screaming, Sorrow, Anguish, Betrayal, Guilt, the list went on. It all came rushing in and out of her again ending with a resounding high pitched scream like nails on a chalk board. She was left holding her head, staggering to her knees as the pain subsided.
It was a little easier now the second time, but from the contrast of pure relaxation, into pure mental hell, was a bit of a leap in mental conditioning. Suddenly she and Bobbi were flanked by Pirate Heartless; She was just shaking off the effects of being mind-raped again as she summoned her book and her dressphere shifted from her Hawaiian dress into her Carbuncle Uniform. She had only moments to parry, she didn’t really have a weapon, but the blunt side of her book was just as good. Whatever those bindings were made out of, they were pretty strong against the side of the creatures blade.
Heh- she always thought of trying that never thought it would work. Go figure. She wasn't strong enough to push it back, but if she side stepped, the attack could go passed her. Then she could back up, and open her book.

[Joe: Caribbean: Black Pearl]
Joe blinked up. What was going on up ther-OHGOD DARKNESS.
The male was enveloped in the darkness, just like everyone else, and he stood at attention, bo suddenly in hand. At the thud on deck, and all the hissing, Joe's natural wind aura that normally blocked projectiles spread out, shooting out and circulating. Anything that got into that wind, Joe would know, reading where it could go and where it could not. Of course, that didn't mean he could see it. So if anything, friend or foe, rushed him, they get a blow to the face(hopefully, or just body).
"Feh! Die, monster! You don't belong in this world!"

[[Just to get this out of the way.]]
[ Sora : Caribbean : Black Pearl ~ Deck ]
Sora could feel the tug on his heart by the Keyblade, which told him first and foremost that there were hostiles nearby. The problem, of course, was that he had no idea where. He looked around the deck, and everyone seemed fine, everything seemed great...
Then he heard Kyla's voice up above, followed by the entire area being enveloped in Darkness.
The Keyblade flashed into existence, briefly lighting up Sora's determined visage in the black veil, his blue eyes narrowed with resolve. He stood there, Keyblade at the ready, waiting for the first sign of action.
'Everyone on deck, in case you didn't notice!' he announced over the charms, his thoughts on his allies first and foremost. 'We need to keep in contact! Charms open!'

[???: Black Pearl: Deck]
Joe would feel the creature move, how it’s flattened form rose up off the deck like a liquid puddle becoming solid. And it was fast. Wickedly so. The Nameless was so deadly fast; he didn’t see it coming before it was too late.
Drawn by the radiant light of his heart, the smell of it, like a delicious aroma, it drove all its senses to consume and destroy. It was too good to exist; too bright to shine as brightly as it did, it had to be stopped, crushed, shattered, and stabbed out! ‘Die die die DIE!!! ‘ In one fell swoop the Nameless lunged forward, its bladed arm thrust out and stabbed right through the right armed side of the keybladers back. The tip of the hooked end jutted through his shoulder, and before the hero could even register what happened, the blade was pulled out halfway, turned, and wrenched down across his back.
Leaping away from its prey, the Nameless left a terrifying gash in Sora’s form, as well as a crippling effect known as the Piercing Taint. Both a spiritual poison as well as physical, tainted with darkness, it entered the body through skin to blade contact. For those weak at heart, or weak against the element itself, it tapped their strength much faster than those with a tolerance. It would bring a cold chill to their hearts, adding to the fear the creature wished to instill in its prey… the true extent of these effects would be different for everyone.
(( I didn’t know if you wanted to describe how Sora reacts or should I, I’ll leave that to you. And yes, this hit has been planned already, so no one is stopping this.))

Jacob ll Crow's Nest
Jacob has hoisted himself up and stared at Sayrike for a moment to catch her radiance. "Sure. I'd like that." He frowned. "Looks like we have company!" Kai flipped open her tome and shrouded the Black Pearl in darkness. He had readied a salvo of daggers with a flick of his hands as threw them up at Kai, just before she had disappeared. "TO ARMS."
'Everyone on deck, in case you didn't notice!' he announced over the charms, his thoughts on his allies first and foremost. 'We need to keep in contact! Charms open!'
Jacob, be careful. You have no idea what she just did. Nothingness. It's all dark. No light...How are you getting do-
Easy. Watch.
Jacob reverse vaulted over the side of the Crow's Nest feeling the rush of the cold air against his face. He disliked this darkness. The cold. He was afraid, but he wouldn't show it. He fumbled for a second as he fell, groping the darkness for the ever familiar ropes that were tethered to the mast. He got one, and dangled over the ship, calculating the drop. He fell about a foot and landed with a tap. He had overestimated his fall. Strange...Jacob could smell the fear their unknown foe had instilled in their group. 'Where is everyone. I can't see s**t to help.' He called out on the charms. He groped out and found the edge of the ship where he inched along, trying to feel where he was on the ship. I hate this so much...Well now I'm damned useless unless I can find someone else. Where is everyone.

[ Sora : Caribbean : Black Pearl ~ Deck ]
There was a sudden sound of agony over the charm to his fellow shipmates, much like a gasp of agony, before it cut out entirely, leaving no access to Sora's thoughts.
Sora had shouted in pain and surprise as well, inhaling sharply as the blade ripped through him. He tried to react, but couldn't do anything more than fall to his knees in pain, groaning as he tried to remain conscious. However, the Darkness was doing its work, and fast; being so favored by the Light, he was more susceptible than most to the elemental effects of Darkness. The poison flooded his veins through the terrible gash, flowed through his body without hindrance, ate away at his being...
And he was gone, falling completely down onto the deck, unconscious.

[Noelle ~ Black Pearl ~ Galley --> Deck]
Noelle smiled at Anthony and waved as he left. She stood wearily and made her way for the door to go back up on deck. It was time to go apologize to Dawn for being callous. She was only worried, that was all. If only she had just gone a different way about it their conversation wouldn't have turned sour. But it was what it was and there was nothing do do now but fix it.
As the agromancer reached the top of the stairs she froze. The wave of darkness rolled over her, nearly causing her to lose her balance out of surprise. She gripped the stair railing and bent low, trying to cover her ears as the awful shrieking noise sounded. Her heart pounded in her ribcage as fear began to take over.
'Don't you dare cower! Stand up or I'll--!' Okay, okay! Jeezum, I'm more scared of you than anything . . .
Noelle stood and wallked forward to clear the stairs so she wouldn't fall back into them. Her spear came to her hand in a flash, a flash that hardly lasted before the darkness swallowed it. She heard Joe's shouts and ran towards them, stopping short when Sora's voice came over the charms. He was calling for open communication. Noelle began to call out where she was at Jacob's request but her voice was cut off by Sora's shout. A pulse of fear went through her--he was near by.
--Sora! Sora, where are you?! Are you alright?!-- She called to him across the charms, but recieved only silence. She cursed under her breath and inched cautiously towards where she had heard him.
Sh-t sh-t sh-t, this is bad, I can't see a thing! 'Try, human! Feel things out! The entire ship is made of wood!' Well yeah, but it's not exaclty alive! 'QUIT COMPLAINING AND TRY.' Titan roared, eliciting immediate action from Noelle. Before he could shout at hear again she stepped on the heel of her left boot with her other foot and took it off, then did the same for the other. The connection her bare feet made with the wood of the deck made things a little easier. She tried to eliminate the earth below the ship and near by, and the seaweed floating in the ocean. Closing her eyes (because they weren't doing her any good anyway) the agromancer concentrated, getting a very, very weak pulse in response to her magic's call to plant-life from the deck. There were some fuzzy forms in contact with the deck near by. One of them had to be Joe, the other Sora . . . but who was the third?
