Garin sat down on the edge of the bed, still holding her hand securely. He waited for her to wake up.

Aquaria's eyes opened slowly as the dream faded. She noticed that Garin was still holding her hand. She looked at him and smiled at him again.

Garin smiled down at her. He hoped she would go back to sleep, she hadn't gotten a lot of it.

Aquaria wanted to stare at Garin for the rest of the night, but her eyes closed involuntarily. She soon found herself asleep again, and this time she didn't dream.

Garin continued to smile at her sleeping face. He was patient throughout the night.

Aquaria opened her eyes, well rested. She looked over and saw Sanvi staring at the ceiling. She noticed that Garin was still holding her hand, and sat up, looking at him. "So we continue the search?"

"We don't have to be so 'go, go, go' all the time," Garin replied, rubbing her hand.

"But I want to find out about your past," Aquaria said. "I want you to know what happened."
(Getting off for a while, and in case I can't tell you later, I won't be on tomorrow, going south))

"That's good, too," Aquaria said.
Sanvi rolled over when she heard them talking. "Want to look around more?" she asked.

"...or not," Sanvi said after hearing Garin's tone. "But I will," she added, standing and walking back to the library.

Within the library, there were many books and papers about the history of the clan and previous leaders of it.
"Well, now that she's out of the way," Garin teased Aquaria.

Aquaria laughed and smacked at Garin playfully. "Yeah, right," she said.
Sanvi looked around in the library, searching for a place to start. She found a book on lightsstones and began flipping through it, searching for a test that might have been done on Garin.

There was no talk of tests, but there were graphic retellings of incidents of what had happened to people who had been exposed to lightsstones the way Garin had. It was plan to see why he had been disturbed.
"Now I have you all to myself," Garin said, and hugged her.
