The door bent in a little, but nothing much happened. That was when the short ice demon got mad. It snarled, sounding like screeching glass, and proceeded to hack at the door with it's claws. The thing was an ice-blue blur as shreddings of metal flew, until the door was no more. It leaned against the wall, already tired.
A spiraling staircase was exposed.

"Thank you. Ill have to repay you for the favor." D said to the thing before he offered it his hand. "Come on ill carry you." D said to the thing. If it complied he'd pick it up and start heading up the stairs if not he'd just follow it or leave it there, whichever it decided to do.
Making his way to the top of the stairs D had to wonder what would be awaiting him. D proceeded cautiously when he left the staircase. looking before he stepped.

The ice demon complied. It was cold to the touch. The skin did feel like ice, but it wasn't so cold as to burn whatever touched it.
This staircase was the only thing in the entire compound with no booby traps. In replacement to that... there were a lot of stairs.

D tracked up the long staircase, there were alot of stairs indeed. And the stairs wound so tight at times, D thought he'd be sick from the spinning. His condition didnt help him either.
His body was still trying to combat the blood loss, and regenerate itself from the chemical burns the Scientist had done to him. The effects of the turret were still working their devious magic on him too, parts of him where frozen others were burnt and some were singed with electricity.
If he could just find another safe body to feed from, or a few of the four elements then he'd be able to speed up his regeneration. But until then... D kept moving up the stairs. What else did he have to do? Giving up wasnt an option as much as he desired to, now that Dag was dead. But he had to see to it that the Scientist suffered for the torture he had dealt Dag. Plus he had to destroy that damned Android copy of himself.
After a while... how much D didnt know because he had lost all sense of time at this point, D made it to the top of the stairs. "Tell me this is it..." He said to the Ice Creature as he set it down on a wide step.

The ice demon was set down... but it immediately looked out on the scenery. The staircase had led them up a very narrow tower, not even considered a tower, and they were staring out of a bubble of glass all around them. The entire compound was seen from here. This must be one of the scout towers. The demon pointed to where the scythe would be, but as he poked the glass, the bubble shifted a little in that direction.
Oh, this tower was broken.

D surveyed the compound before paying attention to the Ice demon and where he was pointing. When the bubble only shifted a little in the direction of the place they needed to go, D assumed it wasnt working.
"Where suppose to move arent we?" D sighed lightly. "So this is broken then?" D commented to himself. "What if we just break out of this and run along the roof to where we need to go? Its either that or go back the way we came..." D said as he looked back down the stair case. Could he fall to his doom at this height?

The ice demon wasn't listening. It was getting an idea, and it clapped it's claws with glee. After freezing the glass over with ice, it tackled the spot where it poked the glass earlier. The bubble moved, slid, then tumbled forward in a freefall.
The bubble crashed into the room where the scythe was being held, ice shards and window glass flying everywhere. Rough landing... but they made it.

"...but i cant die yet.. i.." D let out a gasp, as he felt the bubble start to free fall. Ah s**t! What the hell had that little Demon done?! When the bubble crashed into the room D hit the ground with a thud and rolled a bit. A few ice shards and glass pieces stuck in his body.
D hissed in pain, as he snapped too. "Im getting too old for this.." D commented as he started taking out the ice shards and glass from him. Sitting up when he was done, D looked around and spotted the Scythe. Oh was he happy to see it.
Getting up D made his way to the Scythe.

The ice demon stalked the room for any survivors. That landing had killed the scientists studying the scythe in the room, be it direct impact or shards to vital organs. It approached the scythe, and pushed some random buttons on the console that held the weapon down. That fried the machine, and the scythe "teleported" to D's side.
"Good to be back. Let's make heads roll!"

D discarded his makeshift weapons and took the Scythe in his hands. "Best ******** thing ive heard all afternoon." D commented to the Scythe. "I am partial to my blade, and my belt.. and if i can find it Sunbreaker would be a good help in all this." D said to the Scythe and the Ice Demon. "Well find those.. then its an all out blood bath.." D growled his eyes flashing crimson.
D made his way out of the room and started down a hallway, he kept an eye on the Ice demon follow any cues if it gave any. He also kept an eye out for traps, that damned copy of his and anything else that would seek to destroy him.

"They're still on this level. I'll lead you to them. Our frozen friend over there can disarm the traps."
As if on cue, it immediately set out to disarm the traps in the hall, freezing any stubborn ones so they wouldn't work anymore. It waved as the signal that it was clear.

D nodded and kept on walking forward. He watched the little Creature with fascination, and for its cues to move ahead when it was clear. D also listened to the Scythe if it did have anything to say. When there was a little bit of silence D spoke up.
"You wouldnt know where they have Dag or that dickless Scientist would you?" D asked the Scythe.
"A little ticked off arent we?" The parasite commented with a smirk.
"Ha! That doesnt even scratch the surface..." D growled. He had been thinking up ways to kill and torture the Scientist when he got ahold of him. some so dark itd rival his fathers torture methods...

Ivy had finally made it to the weird a** gun after taking what felt like three hours or more trying to get to the damn thing. Ivy walked over behind the gun and reached over to what looked like the barrel of it, put both hands around it and started to use her natural strength to crimp, bend, and twist it so it wouldn't have the sound as loud or as strong as it was now.

"I'm seeing a huge influx of souls coming from the far side of this level, under the floor. That's Dag alright. Legion's trying to resurrect him. We'll have to get there before they finish, otherwise Dag stays dead with that blade still in his corpse."
Red dots appeared on D's forehead. Oh great, more of those "invisible" robots. Except there were more than one now!

"Ah ********!" Alucard growled when the thing finally exploded. "What the hell was that?!" Alucard hissed. 'Armageddon wake up. And lets go.." Alucard growled as he grabbed Wolfy and headed after Ivy. "This place is ticking me off... " Alucard said in a stern tone.. he didnt like coming across something he couldnt destroy.

"What? You mean...?" Ds heart practically stopped. Legion was trying to resurrect Dag.. but if they didnt get to Dag in time then Dags corpse would be a vessel for Legion.
D growled he wasnt about to let that happen. And now these little creatures where in his way! D wielded the Scythe with a roar he slashed all around him. He wasnt going to dodge and play, wait until i can see my enemy s**t. He was just going to blindly cut down the robots that stood in his path.
"Scratch the earlier plans then.. were finding Dag. Well find the weapons later. Then the scientist.." D growled as he slashed the Scythe through the air.
