Orient nods. He waits for Caspian to leave the bunk room, then he rushes up to the steering wheel. He spins it, after checking his compass, and heads back in the direction of Byzel.

Caspian gets to work, and works twice as hard as normal to make up for sleeping in... and to distract himself from his thoughts and feelings some.

It takes them a day or so to get back to Byzel, but they make good time. Once there, Orient goes ashore, taking Kyo with him, since he wants some company, but he doesn't want to hurt Caspian any more than he already has.
"Uriel told me how he got his poiwers." Orient states. "And it's not in the way you think."

"He said he was born with them, and I believe him." Orient replies. He asks around a little in the red light distrcit if anyone has seen Uriel.

When Orient and Kyo get there, Uriel has a customer, so the pirate waits patiently outside.

Something seems wrong to Kyo though. He hadn't seen Uriel for a while but.... was the boy always that strong? Then a spike in purple energy lets him clue in. He swears under his breath for not figuring it out sooner and rushes to his feet.
Kyo blasts down the door. Uriel is naked, of course. His 'customer' (who likely isn't, as it seems unlikely he was going to pay) only had his breeches down, but he was rectifying that with one hand while his other hand is outstretched. The bed is fairly destroyed, but thankfully Uriel had clued in in time to roll out of the way.

Orient is rather confused. His first thought its that Kyo is going after Uriel. And that's NOT why Orient had brought him along. When he peeks in the room, after Kyo had oh so eloquently blasted down the door, he sees the bed broken, and a very frightened Uriel.
He rushes to the boy's side to help him up, then turns to look at the man. Without much thought to his own safety, Orient rushes at the man, knife in hand. This actually takes t he purple by surprise, but not by much. Orient manages to knick his cheek before the man is defending himself.
((Kyo should make a big show of taking off his eyepatch >>))

While the first mate distracts the Purple, Kyo rips off his eyepatch. If he hadn't been wearing that thing, the fact that the room had two purples in it would have been much clearer. Besides, he doesn't want this one to run off and get away.
Kyo rushes between the Purple and the prince, blocking a blow that would have done much more damage to someone who wasn't a colour. As it was, it made a bloody mess of his stomach, but one that would heal fairly quickly.
Uriel, however, was at least as scared as Kyo as of the other Purple, so he was far too busy not watching and expecting to get killed than to be any real use. Even with his eyes closed, he can see colours flashing back and forth as the others use abilities. If everyone wasn't between him and the door, he'd probably bolt. Despite being nekkid.

Orient was being fairly effective in the fray until Kyo had taken his eyepatch off. He'd assumed the other man had lost an eye, which is the reason most people wear eyepatches. Instead of a missing eye though, Kyo has a glowing blue orb with no puple, nor any iris. Where the white of the eye is supposed to be is also the same shade. He can't help but stare...

Luckily for the pirate, the Purple really considered Kyo and Uriel more of a threat. In fact, he decided to get the other purple out of the way, as that might distract the Blue, and it would eliminate an opponent and make himself stronger.
Uriel can See this, despite the fact that he doesn't want to and his eyes are closed. The blast of purple he sees never reaches him though. He opens one of his big purple eyes to see Kyo's back. The second eye joins the first, wide in shock, because he can't believe the Blue SAVED him.
Kyo was starting to look a real mess now, as he kept taking hits for people. The Purple wasn't looking so good either though, as he'd taken a couple hits, and some cuts from Orient as well.

After his momentary shock, Orient comes back to himself and sees what;s happening. The man that had been here with Uriel is obviously one of those 'purples' because although not gifted, Orient can see the power shots clearly. He sees the man go after Uriel, and then he sees Kyo *block* the attack.
He takes the Purple's distraction as his only chance and comes up behind the man. "Never turn your back on a Pirate, mate." he says cold and dangerously into the man's ear. "It'll be the death of ye." and then he brings his knife up and slits the man's throat.

As the Purple colour fades from Kyo's sight, he crouches down to the ground. He'd taken a fair amount of the damage, and now that any immediate danger has passed, he needs to conserve energy so his Blue powers will mend himself quicker.
Uriel waits a moment, and then wraps a sheet around his waist, crawling over to where Kyo is. He tentatively touches the man's arm, moving it away from his wounds so he can look at them. he can already See Blue tendrils stretching across, starting to mend what would be fatal on someone without the powers, "He... He'll be fine. he can heal this."

Orient nods, picking up Uriel's clothes from the floor, and then Kyo's eyepatch. He smiles at the other man. "This 'uns a li'l bloody. I c'n get ye a new one once we get t'the ship." He intends to thank the other man as well, but at a later date.
Then he turns to Uriel. "Are you alright?" he asks. "Did anything else happen before we got here?"
