Lily shrugged helplessly, then rather awkwardly took a sip of her water, leaning back against Arlen lightly. "I... did a spell earlier." she admitted quietly. "It... might be backlash, I guess." she told Tomo quietly. "I can't think who would want to put a spell like this on me... do you know anything that might reverse it if they did?"

Tomo nodded, resting his chin in his hand. "Well, if it's just a spell backfire, I'd think it would wear off in a few hours." He explained, swaying his tail as he took a sip of tea. "I wouldn't know how to reverse someone else's curse."

Arlen remained quietly by Lily, hopign to comfort her as best he could while she and Tomo talked magic.

Lily nodded, then sighed, holding her glass tightly so she wouldn't drop it. "Thank you Tomo." she whispered, then fell quiet, brooding momentarily about her state.

"I could get Ritsuko-san tomorrow morning if you'd like." Tomo offered, seemingly staring off into space. "Give it a night. If it gets any worse, you should let Alren and I know as soon as you can." He said, turning his ears towards Arlen before moving his head in that direction.

Lepper got out from under the bar, yawning some. "... Arlen, You guys should seriously install beds back here... It's bad for the spine, ya know?" He stretched backwards, a series of snaps heard as he did so. "... Plus, would it kill ya to send some blankets as well?" He looked around, blinking some. "Oh, didnt realize we had company..."

Tomo jumped back as if the barstool was suddenly very hot and clutched the counter near the coffee pot. "Why the heck were you sleeping there?" He asked, ears perked strait up and swiveling every which way. "I have rooms upstairs!" He said, pointing to the key rack without looking.

Rather suddenly, Lily snapped out of her thoughts, puzzled as the new voice trickled through her conscious mind. "Hello then, whoever you are." she greeted quietly, taking another clumsy sip of her water, turning her head in the direction she thought Lepper might be; she got close, but couldn't quite pinpoint him.

"Sorry," Arlen said, not having realized four people could fit behind comfortably behind the bar, let alone sleep there. Subtly he shifted himself so Lily was no longer between him and the four people.

Tomo picked up his tea and decided to just lean against the counter for now. "It's no problem. Everything's sorted out now... Although I'm sure I'd only hired one employee." He murmured, tapping his chin.

He grinned, then looked down. "Um, one's a lady, not a gent, dude." Shaking his head, he leaned on the bar counter, looking at them. "Who wants a drink?"

Tomo shrugged and sipped his tea again. "I'd much prefer it if you used one of my rooms." He said, eyes off in the distance once more. "And I apologize, m'lady." He added with a polite bow to the female.
