Hotari shook her head again, more of a wobble of it against the counter. I don't want to go anywhere. I just want to stay here....she said slowly, eyes closing so she couldn't see anything but black.

Erordia just sighed again. "Then at least go lay on the couch and stay away from the drinks..." She was starting to feel down herself but only because Hotari wouldn't listen to her. It was frustrating but she wasn't going to leave her alone with the alcohol.

Hotari kept her eyes closed and her forhead against the counter. I don't want to...It was rather obvious just how much she'd consumed and how she was using her powers to fight succumming to the alcohol, as she was beginning to act incredibly childish now.

Erordia muttered and oath under her breath then made a small hand movement to levitate Hotari to the couch. "You're making this difficult..." Once setting her down gently, the drow sat on the floo beside her, knees drawn up to her chin. "I'll try talking with you once you sober up some..."

Hotari stretched over the couch and shook her head, covering her eyes with her forarm. There isn't anything to talk about...she said softly, a sigh following her words. She wanted to continue on about how she couldn't handle herself if ERordia didn't want her, and how she was a worthless pig in this realm, but she let the thoughts scream silently at her instead of giving them a voice.

"Bullshit..." Erordia turned, trying her best not to get angry with her. "You're upset over something and it's damn well obvious. If it's about me, then just say so!" At this point, she almost wanted to cry with frustration. "I love you to death Hotari but you're hurting me by being stubborn. I told you that I had left because you belonged with Miyoko. I didn't think it was fair to her." She looked away again, trying to collect her thoughts. "I dunno what to do. I want to help you but you won't open up. Do you not think I care about you? If I didn't then I wouldn't have rushed over here..."

Hotari let her head fall to the side so she could look to Erordia. What wasn't fair was that I was there with you and left to see her. That wasn't fair...she said, sighing to herself and letting her eyes close again.

Erordia stared down at the floor. "Hotari...she's the one you're meant for. You two have known each other for so long and and have loved each other long before you met me. I admit, I was a bit heart broken at first...but I understand it now and I refuse to put myself between you two. It's not right..."

Hotari felt as though she'd been stabbed as she lay on the couch silently. She wasn't sure what to say, even though she wanted to tell Ero that maybe she only loved Miyoko because for so long she was the only one there to love. Instead she stayed quiet, fighting tears before slipping to sit so she could look to Erordia.

Erordia glanced up when Hotari moved but she didn't say anything. She could see the saddness in her eyes but Erordia was feeling the same. Though she wanted to reach out and hold her, she didn't move, her eyes only looking into Hotari's.

Hotari sat for a long, defening though silent moment before shaking her head. Maybe you shouldn't have come...she managed to mumble as she pulled herself to her feet. Maybe I shouldn't hav ecome. Maybe...none of this should have happened...she mumbled, letting her eyes fall closed a moment as she tried to silence her thoughts.

Erordia frowned a little more. Even though Hotari had a special someone, she would never want to take away the time they had together. "What's past is past... But Hotari..." She reached up and touched her cheek lightly. "I'm glad we had that time together. I'll always charish it...as I'd charish you. I'm only letting you go because I love you that much...and I know you have Miyoko waiting for you. She needs you, lovey."
