[I decided to leave the issue alone. It wasn't my place to correct her, and besides,
if she was happy and Hauntedheart didn't mind, then I should leave well enough alone.]
"Yeah, she's pretty talented, alright." I called to Envykit hoarsely.
[I couldn't help but feel a twinge of envy for the kit...twistedly and ironically named Envykit. Her mother was dead, but she found a cat that loved her like a real mother. I had never had that. My mother and my siblings all were just taken away from me...and I was just left here with no one. But I had gotten used to the solitude...yes...I didn't need anyone...right?]

[Grinning slightly, I glanced up at Mudnose]
"What?" I asked curiously.
[Then Vanillapaw padded up to me, and the grin was wiped off my face. In contrast to Wildwind's dark behavior, Vanillapaw seemed as dark and menacing as a rabbit. She was so nice and innocent. It would be more likely for me to be attacked by StarClan then to fall in love with a she-cat like her. But her pelt did look pretty.. Quickly dismissing the thought, I stood up, and nodded to Wildwind and Mudnose]
"Excuse me, ladies. Mudnose, we'll get back to this. Maybe you can cheer me up. Vanillapaw, come with me"
[Padding away, I spotted Lavenderrain]
"Lavenderrain, may I speak with you?"
[Turning my dark brown head, my amber eyes looked at Vanillapaw]
"Anyone you had in mind?"
[Willowheart]
[I padded into camp, deliberately avoiding Foxfur's eyes and crawled into the warriors den, exuasted. I was nearly shaking in fear, and worry. Hoping no one would ever find out my secret]

[Eaglesoar remained silent for a few heartbeats, too shocked to say anything. He couldn't help feeling just a slight twinge of pity for the oblivious kit, thinking that the gruff medicine cat was her mother. How would it feel, to grow up living in a lie? Then again, it was none of his business, as he told himself firmly.]
"Yeah, uh, sure, your mother's a brilliant healer indeed."
[He said distractedly, only half paying attention to Envykit. His gaze had shifted to Guardiankit, the spitting image of Fathom - apart from his eyes.]
"Poor kit...must be hard, with both Mother and Father gone. At least he knows that he's got to take care of his sisters, not to mention the other kits.
[He twitched his single ear, mentally slapping himself to get rid of those "soft thoughts."]
"So Envykit, how did you...injure your mouth?"

[She was just the spitting image of Shatteredfang, no doubt about that. Even though Eaglesoar had very rarely talked to Shatteredfang while she was alive, she was still his clanmate, and part of Nightclan.]
"You stupid kit...how could you run...into a tree? I'd have understood...if you broke that jaw fighting."
[He meowed grumpily, though warmth still showed in his usually cold green gaze. He twitched his ears to rid himself of those "useless" sentimental thoughts as he called them, and focus on the task at hand. He turned his head slightly to gaze longingly out of the medicine cat's den, wishing with all his heart that he could be outside right now.]
I should be taking Vanillapaw out now, on a patrol or for battle training...instead, I'm stuck here with a faceful of bloodied cobwebs. Wonderful job, Eaglesoar. Just like how you managed to let Tigerfang get hurt... ▂▂▂ ▂▂ ▂ ▂▂ ▂▂▂ ▂▂ ▂ ▂▂ ▂▂▂ ▂▂ ▂ ▂▂ ▂▂▂x x x

He was surprised Brokensoul didn't say anything. (( I do believe it's physically impossible for a kitten to shatter their fang by running into something or else there would be injured kittens around the globe. D:
Could you please change it so that Envykit fell out of a tree or something? >> That's much more reasonable. :3 ))

[Silentkit stared up at her father, waiting for his reply. She'd do anything she could to help her father. She just wanted him to live again. Silentkit wanted a parent, a living parent that was always there and who could teach her how to live with her disability. That cat used to be Leopardstorm but she had been killed by something. Fathom was her last hope and shed do anything to male sure he stayed to be that cat.]

He suddenly felt eyes upon him, and looked up to see Brokensoul watchiing him.]
"What? Something you want?"
[He asked curtly, not liking how the warrior was just staring at him and not saying a thing. At that moment, a small gray kit was staring curiously at his face, and he turned away quickly, not wanting to scare the kit.]
