iSix-kun If I may, why can't a clan be village specific? Customization, freedom, bla bla bla. Gotta admit that rule is a tad bit of a double standard when you look at the bijuu though.

@Unrelinquished: If you're scrapping your old character from suna, then yes. We've had problems with people reserving their village spots with new characters in the past, we will not have the same problem again.
@Six: To allow people the maximum amount of customization possible, as well as to keep the villages well balanced. Imagine if we restricted the Byakugan to Konoha, or the Konaga to Iwa?

Go to a village and request one from them, or just join a village outright.
I don't know if you've heard yet, but Mistah is no longer a member of POTS, so you might want to find a village to join anyways.

I know that Mistah is no longer a part of POTS. Though, I want to see how I would fair out as a rouge for awhile until I decide to re-join a village.

Well, unfortunately as a rogue you're going to face a lot of trouble getting things regular people get easily, such as missions, training, and promotions. To get missions you'll have to hope a village will give you some, or find an alternate source. For training you'll have to find someone both willing and able to train you. And for promotions... Well, to raise to chuunin you'll have to get into the chuunin exams, because being outside of a village the ranking system won't apply to you, and beyond that... Honestly I'm not sure.
Good luck though. That will be interesting to see.

For training, I'll have to use Rouge-friendly NPC's, Missions, I need to ask the village I would be currently in (Which right now is Suna, so I don't know how I'm going to do that...) And Promotions, well, I haven't figured out yet, since I'm not able to go to the chunin exams, Nor the fact I bet a age wouldn't promote a rouge, nor I can't qualify for the time-based promotion since I'm a host, so I have to figure out how I'm going to get promoted, but the rest I got figured out.

Suna is by no means full, at least as far as I know, and I have a new character ready. The only reason that I still want this character in Suna is because I have plans with Tenchi/Jade, concerning my character personally. I'm not reserving anything. I could deal with this if the village is full, but it's not.

Just confirming something, even if I was the one to create a custom contract for my rpc, I would still need to physically rp her attaining it correct? Or can I just skip that part since my rpc is an auto-rank Kage?

White Water Lilly Just confirming something, even if I was the one to create a custom contract for my rpc, I would still need to physically rp her attaining it correct? Or can I just skip that part since my rpc is an auto-rank Kage? Only because you're an auto rank Kage you won't need to physically rp her attaining the contract. My reasoning is because being a Kage, you can't exactly justify leaving your village while you go on a trip for however long it takes for you to attain the summon when the village needs you. However, anyone else that makes a custom summon does in fact need to rp attaining it

But yes, Kage-level shinobi are the only ones who may start off with their summon, if they are the head summoner. If they are learning the summon from another summoner, they cannot begin with the summon.
