Alright so what village would you reccomend and are you allowed to make a clan or do you have to stay within real clans and are any of the Bijou open...

We ask that you pick a clan, we don't allow made-ups but you can be a one-of-a-kind like Naruto or Kakashi, and if you are active you can get a bijuu

Yeah Konoha has always been kind of droll for me I always like being a Cloud or Sound...I think I'll do a Sound since I like the Kaguya clan...So only to techniques right? One can be made up and the other can't...

You choose a starting out technique, say if your an Uchiha, you could choose level one Sharingan and skip all the crap, say your a Momoichi, you could pick water prison, it's just a free technique, as for the Made Up, well the name says it all.

i'd personally go for a village that has little to no members in it (like that hidden steel? whats with dat one?) so you can be unique....i did my character because no one else has one like it...I know no Miyanari's!
