((Just finished CH 20 so I'll take a break))
Arlen jumped slightly, not expecting anyone to be around. "Sure," he said walking over to bar. "Are you alright Kai?" he asked, gesturing to the bandaged neck.

He smiled and pointed at the neck, "I got attacked by Ghost and she bit me and a fang got stuck in my neck and and it broke and I have the fang in my room. It is taking longer to heal because it is a delicate area." he talked like if he had gone in a field trip, "The healers are resting now. And how are you doing? I haven't seen you much."

"I'm fine," Arlen said, bewildered at the story. He hadn't heard mention of the Ghost character since long before he left all that time ago. "Do you want me to try healing it a bit?" He asked, unsure if he could do just that if who assumed was Tomo couldn't heal it completely.

"If you want, but remember to be careful. I also have a live light energy in that area. You might get burned." he took off the bandage and there was a hole that would be the size of a giant dog fang, though it was healed a bit. "It might spark...." he closed his eyes as he sipped his juice. For some reason it hurt when they healed him.

"Well, I don't burn easily," Arlen said, calling the White Flame into his hand and gently applying it to the open wound.

"Mew..." he whispered as he felt the pain. He bit the straw and closed his eyes. It was a kid in the doctor about to get a shot. "Are you going to give me a lollipop after this?"he bit the straw again.

Arlen tried to get the wound to heal gently, seeing Kai's pained expression, but he really didn't have such control of how it went. "I don't have one," Arlen said, wondering if he should stop healing it. "I could cook you something though."

"I threw up the last thing I ate. The wound hurts too much for food." he stopped biting the straw and drank the iced tea, "Hey...maybe some other day we can ride horses together. Do you like horses? I love horses so much." he said trying to take his mind of the healing.

"I've ridden a few times," Arlen said, remembering the several horses he had 'borrowed' while he was on the run. "I've never been to terribly skilled at it."

((Wow, I just started chapter 20. ))
"Neeeeeerrrrrrrrr!" Said a deep red blur as it streaked down the hallway. "Oh no, bathroom dead ahead!" Baizou cried, carrying Rhi through the air as if she were and air plane. He skidded to a stop just before the door, pivoted and ran in the other direction in a mere second making more air-plane noises as he went. He carried her into his open door, "Emergency landing! We are going to crash!" He cried, dropping Rhiannon onto the bed. And like that, he dusted his hands and walked out the door.
Rhiannon scrambled to her knees and climbed down from the bed, running after the tall boy. She met him in the hallway, walking casually, just before latching onto his tail. She giggled at the odd expression he gave her and pulled him, making him walk backwards, back into the room. "Uncky Bai, your tail is so pretty." She sighed.

((you guys are going to make me elave the computer to go read. I'm in chapter 15...anyway, father's home so I'll be leaving soon anyway...))
"I can teach YOU!" he screamed the end as tears came to his eyes. The sparks where under the skin, "I want my mommy!!"he was holding the glass so tight that it might break in his hands.

Ellie jumped up, from behind the bed, and laughed as Rhiannon jumped a little bit. If Ellie hadn't known better, she'd have said that Bai jumped more than the girl had. "His tail is pretty." she said, landing her bum on the bed, and smiling at the pair. 'Whaddawe wanna do?"

"It hurts. I don't want my neck to hurt like that anymore," he covered the wound again and let go of the glass, feeling sick, "I-I'm going to hide from kaen again. Thank you for healing it a bit. I'm sorry I acted so childish." he gave a small bow and ran abck upstairs.

"Well, I know what I want to do." Baizou smirked and leaned back, kissing Ellie's chin upside down. "Hello, love." he greeted in a small, very sweet voice that was almost feminine.
Rhiannon made disgusted faces at the replication of his father and pulled his tail again. "I think we should dress Uncky Bai up pretty." She decided, looking menacingly from Baizou to Ellie's closet.
