Because someone told me i had to wait til chuunin to have both but I'm looking around and I see tons of genin with both, so I just wanted to make sure. if it was from iZann he's wrong and there is thread in the custum bloodlines for people who got deneid on that basis

Hey, now that my character has that clan, I just realized he's actually the only one in it. Can I become head of it? It's the Fuuton Masters clan.

I'm pretty sure that there's more than one person in that clan, it's just that they never update the list of clan/bloodline members
