"Bai said he would gladly watch them in the name of romance." Tomo assured Cass, "And you know Ellie would love to be mommy for an evening." He added, resting his hand on her cheek. And he did try to steal a kiss. He was sorely put out when he discovered he was kissing the air beside Cass, lips puckered and eyes slightly wide.

Cass gave Tomo a quick hug, before pulling back. "I am glad that you put them in charge." she said, before leaning up to pull on an ear of his. "I don't kiss before the first date." she said softly, before returning to standing flat footed. "Now, how about I go and clean up a little, first? And maybe a shirt?" she said, laughing. "I love the idea. Sounds fantastic, my love." she said, before leaning up, as though to kiss him. Her lips stopped right in front of his face, as her eyes fluttered open. "Oh, oops. Did I do that?" she teased a little, her honey-voice pouring out naturally suave and playful. Stepping back, she opened the door. "Go ahead, blondie." she beckoned, with a cute little wink.

Tomo perked his ears and narrowed his eyes at her. "Oh, well, if that's how you wanna play it." He said as he followed her inside. "I probably should change, eh?" He suggested, heading for the stairs. "Or at least put on a shirt."

Cass nodded, with a small laugh. "Yes, yes. I'll go get dressed, too." she said, passing him while going up the stairs. It was all the control Cass had over her playful side not to grab a pinch at his bum on the way by. Turning her head over her shoulder, she blew a kiss, and continued up, and into Ellie's room. Some of her nicer clothes were in there, of which she grabbed a simple outfit. It took her no time at all to slip away and into the shower. Once out, she practiced the spell that Ellie had taught her about drying her hair. As she looked at herself in the mirror, towel wrapped around herself, she nodded approvingly. It dried nearly instantly.
Cass got dressed, into a creamy yellow skirt, and a bright red top. Turning back to the mirror, she almost screamed. Her hair was all different colors, from every spectrum of the rainbow. Trying a few other spells, the color returned, nearly. She could not change the bottom layer from being a very dark black, though everything on top was still quite silver. Whining, she hoped that it would not show as she brushed out her hair.

Tomo pushed open his door and went strait to his closet. He pulled out a nice white shirt and a nice, but casual pair of shorts. Only for a few brief seconds as he was buttoning his shirt that he considered a tie. The thought was rejected almost as quickly as it came. What if she wasn't dressed as formally? He didn't want to humiliate her. He strode into the bathroom and rummaged through the medicine cabinet until his hands fell on a bottle of cologne he had not seen before. Figuring it was Baizou's or Arlen's or someone's he figured that person would not mind him borrowing a spray or two. The moment it reached his nostrils, Tomokazu was overcome with a wave of a weird nostalgia. Like he'd known this scent all his life. He shook it from his mind and walked out into the hallway to wait for Cass.

Cass had her hair pulled back into a knot, which turned into a ponytail. It looked like she tied back her hair with her hair. Her shirt was flowy and dressy, and paired with her nice skirt, she thought it looked very nice. Ugh, but.. she didn't really wanna wear her skirt.. Hm, was it worth trying another spell? Oh, but that's right. Ellie had left her jeans in here yesterday, right? Finding them on the top of the hamper, Cass slipped them on to find them very fitting, as her tail spilled out over the top of the waistband. She had used a certain wax in her hair, smelling very sweetly of coconut. Paired with the minimal make up, she stepped out into the hall, what was black of her hair swishing with the rest of it during her step. She nearly had ran into the blond, as she stepped barefoot, with the jeans reaching all the way to the floor. Smiling weakly, she blushed a little bit. "What'd you have in mind?"

Tomo looked at her and couldn't help but blush a little, "You look... great!" he said, walking closer to her, "Your hair looks pretty." he added, noticing something was different, but he couldn't tell what. "Mm, I was figuring we could walk through town 'till we found a place we liked." He suggested. "Or we could walk through the marketplace and I could buy you fabulously expensive things." He suggested, taking her arm as he walked downstairs with her.

Cass continued to silently remind herself 'He is not Baizou, he will not have ridiculously amazing ideas.' With a laugh and a smile, she nodded. "I don't care, really. I'd be happy just to be with you." she said, as she felt the desire to bury her nose into his chest and sigh. With holding herself from doing so, she walked over to the back door to grab her shoes, which she sat down to put on.

Tomo chuckled, "Well, we'll walk around and you can decide once we find somewhere nice." he said, grabbing his sandals by the front door. He stood on one foot and then the other to get them on, keeping balance with his tail. "Ready?" He asked as he held open the door.

Finishing slipping on her other shoe, Cass nodded. "Sure, then." she said, her tail smoothed out, and only swaying minimally as she walked out the door, head automatically tilted up at the oranging sky.

Kai walked downstais with a bandage on his neck since the wound didn't heal fast. He moved to the bar and looked around for something sweet to drink that he didn't have to prepare.

Arlen walked inside the inn covertly. He stepped gingerly so as not to make undo noise and to avoid irritating the sore spots that had yet to heal themselves.

He sat down with a tall glass of iced tea and looked at Arlen with his big childish eyes, "Hello Arlen, will you join a poor little angel boy like me?" he took a sip from his juice, holding the glass with both hands.
