Des Voh Johnny Malone Des Voh Squrriel Steaks. The Redneck dinner. Squirrel isn't half bad actually. I know, but deer is better. Make a damn good burger them car-magnets do. Deer is good but I prefer Beefalo burgers. (Best damn meat ever)

Living on the East Coast and down in the bayous and the Gulf has brought me close to some very interesting foods aside from beef and the like.
People always say we Cajuns have the best food on earth. It may hold a certain taste, but damn we can season and cook. Especially the black cajuns(not being racist, its true).
