So, I've been craving a Suikoden-related RP lately, but all I can find are either dead for months or run by n00bs. There used to be good ones 5 years ago D<

Isn't that always the case? D= The public forums aren't very good for decent roleplays anymore, I've noticed. Sometimes you'll luck out and find something good, but for the most part, it's filled with mary-sues and newbs.

@Loli: It's pretty horrifying. Most of the Rps are either Newbisue or badly done Lit-advance (Aka 5 pages of nothing with 2 para of actual usable material). It used to be better than that D<
I'd make one myself, but I suck at creating RPs sad

By the way, I'm thinking of using Sawyer from the RP that never took off and bring the chara to Nirvani. ;D
Remember, the ambiguous looking, chronic liar? That one.
I might even bring him/her in before the Skip, just because it was a pretty awesome chara I never got to use. D<
@Lone -- Hah, same with other guilds of other things I might like. DX
Good guilds are dead, while there's a plethora of bad ones. I also suck notoriously at guild hunting, but you can do with that what you will. xD

I really hate the fact that horrible guilds are often those that stick around the longest. Almost makes me wish that I like that kind of RP. Almost. I still need at least 3 sentences to be able to reply something D<

I know of a number of good guilds that last years, but it's usually reliant on a small group of dedicated members. You don't get good guilds like a lot of bad ones, with dozens of members who post all the time.
I had a shitty Harvest Moon guild YEARS ago, filled with mary-sues. It was so fast moving and active, I had to give it to someone else because it was too overwhelming to run. But usually those guilds die fast, after a few months.

Gaia has a stigma in the roleplaying community. Most decent roleplayers wouldn't step foot here, because of all the newbs.

@Lone; I LOVE IT TOO. I haven't watched too much of it recently though and so I'm getting caught up. It's making me happy. Which is kind of odd considering it's not really a cheerful show....
