That's why you put in a "double safety" sort of trigger that only activates with a firm squeeze and a bit of a rub. As far as the chest release...that'd require the work of grabbing your tits and squeezing them together hard enough to fire the jets.

Tho I should probably mention that inquisitor wasn't all mad characters and innuendo fuelled things. We had some serious games. Sorta. It's kinda hard to play a serious character when your mutie lost his lower jaw to some leprous disease and can only barely be understood by everybody around you. You try warning the people of that chaos cult with a series of slobbering sounds.
