((oh that's right, you haven't met Siren.....for starters, she's a were-tiger))
Siren looked up and grinned. "Hi, Miss T-" She stopped herself and sighed. "Hello. Sorry if I startled you or anything. I'm...Siren," she said, her tone showing that she had stopped herself from saying something different. She looked up at Trina and bit her lip, wondering if the young woman recognized her. After all, how many were-tigers had a rose-shaped stripe patch over one eye?

"Good Morning Trina," Arlen said, stepping back into the main room. "Miss Siren," he added, nodding to the were tiger a little uneasily.

Trina sips her water thoughtfully, dark eyes more direct than usual. She knew this person. No matter what form people took, Trina could usually sense who a person was. She waits only a moment more. Well. If a person wished to be known as something else, then Trina would most certainly allow it. She did not wish to ruin anything.(I'm a hoping this is Rose?) "I'm not startled." Trina said, offering a smile before her dark eyes flicker to Arlen. "Good morning Arlen. I trust you are well?" She asks, gaze going back and forth, extending the question to Siren.

Siren watched Trina, still chewing on her lip, then sighed again. She looked back down at the tome as she tried to think of what to do. 10 years may have changed her age and some of her appearance as she became a young woman, but Fyr'rose Sariya was still as shy as ever when she got uncomfortable about something. "Y-you can tell who I am, can't you?" she said suddenly, popping her head up and looking at Trina.

If Trina were capable of lying, she would have considered doing so. But Trina doesn't think to lie. "...Most certainly. I'm very sorry..." Trina said, lowering her glass, smile disappearing. "I had not intended to mention it..." She added.

Trina shook her head. "No thank you." She says, sipping from her glass again. Trina could not eat. Which was too bad, since many food items looked so interesting to her. "You haven't seen River lately, have you Arlen?" She asks then, wondering where her friend had gotten off to.

"It's no problem. I just...don't know exactly how to tell people who I am," Siren said. She looked between Trina and Arlen and picked up her book. "I'll leave the two of you for now...sorry..." She walked out to the backyard, wanting to find somewhere to hide and figure things out.

Arlen breathed a slight sigh of relief when Siren left. There were just too many things he wanted to ask her but at the same time didn't want to know the answers to. "I'm sorry, I haven't seen her lately," he said to Trina, taking a seat nearby.

Trina's eyes follow Siren, the slightest of frowns on her lips. She felt slightly guilty. Perhaps she could help Siren later...Then Arlen speaks, and Trina snaps back to life. "Oh, that's quite alright." She assured him, refilling her glass at the sink. "How have you been lately Arlen?" She asks, not sure what else to say. When Maara was around, Trina could be silent. Without the cat girl, she had to find things to talk about.

Tomo walked downstairs with a long stretch. He looked a little magically exhausted, but otherwise not too bad. "Evening, bar." He greeted, running his fingers over the beautiful mahogany. He poured himself a glass of iced tea and leaned back against the counter as he let out a content sigh.
