Yeah it's going to take awhile lol but yeah leveling up will be a godsend.
At least the french and germans aren't as bad as say the hugarians and well most of thier nieghbors lol. I mean they have serious territorial claims on like all of them. Though them and the Romanians have a relationship like the french and germans they mess/hate eachother for god knows what reason.
Imagine if like Naruto and Hinata do end up together O.o think how power the little SoB would be. He won't nessecarily get the nine-tails but it is possible.

have you guys.....ever gotten a class....in highschool...that you DONT NEED.....and your school schedual person INSISTS that you HAVE to take this class......BUT YOU DONT!?!
My guidance counselor says that we have tot ake speech I (i dont...i have Fine Arts Survey...which takes over SpeechI/II) and wont switch out my fukkin schedual to a class i fukkin need...or could use that wont sink my fukkin GPA even more....
and this fukkin teacher is a b***h and the funny thing is...shes now my FAWKIN TEACHER....yet she grades us and s**t......but she's NEVER THERE TO DO s**t....my mom is gunna get that s**t changed for me tmoz.....cause they just gunna tell me s**t cause im the student who obviously doesnt want to do anything so my schedual changes dont mean anything....

also: in a class where we do NOTHING...i have a B....and i mean litrally NOTHING......no work..NOTHING....how the FAWK!?

and...now i have an unknown charge from Flycell on my ******** stare just the perfect day stare i contested the charge.....no refund...but the subscription is blocked...hopefully

Its just so i get my point across......also, when on a laptop my fingers get complacent and i mishit keys that i dont intend to hit.

Once the clans are finished being revised I'll be able to get my RPC back into play. It doesn't affect you but at least it'll give the guild some activity.

Okay I've posted it in the approvals forum, adapt the jutsus to the new system and the clan itself and we'll look it over when it's done. You can also add more jutsus to it if additional ones have been revealed since the jutsus were originally made.
