Amnity looked at at ground...Then hesitated before following Mephlius. No...I can't tell him just yet... Her eyes still on the ground, her eyes stayed behind the shadow of her hat. Not yet... He'll get attacked again...Not yet...

Through the crowds of mortals walking the streets a man can be seen walking aimlessly. A man about six feet looking around the city, a new-comer obviously, but there is something about the man that differs from the mortals around him. The man looks completely human, except for his pale skin. Alasdair was walking through the streets wondering how to get introduction into the underground city.

Alasdair kept walking around the city, finding nothing special about it. Tall buildings, crowded with mortals, a cold air with a strong smell of filth. The air was chilly, too cold for his current clothing, so he was wrapping his unbuttoned trench coat around his chest. He was beginning to get frustrated because he was having trouble finding anything to keep him interested in the city. To think that that was considered one of the most interesting cities in the world.

While walking through the city Alasdair thought that maybe the core of the city was empty of the creatures of the night. Maybe something had happened; maybe it’s too hot or something. Then he remembered of the other parts of the city, less populated parts of the city. He grinned at the thought of finding others, of finding lycans. Well nothing makes for a better greeting to a vampire than a lycan of a silver platter. (Exit Graveyard)

On an ally of the city a figure appeared out of the darkness. The profile of Alasdair slowly walked towards the street, looking at all the mortals walking by. No one had noticed, not that he was worried because no one had in a decade. Once in the streets he kept walking with the masses of mortals looking around for creatures of the night.

While walking around the city, Alasdair resumed his improvised melody. He tried not to make his whistle to o strong; if it is too strong then he would draw attention to himself. That would be dangerous if mortals noticed that he was not of their world. He was wandering why he had not seen anyone else, it was seriously frustrating.

Alasdair was starting to get impatient. A city this large and he found nothing, no one to talk to at least. He could go through the streets picking off mortals to drink blood, but he was not that kind of vampire. Such a strong bloodlust left him centuries ago. He still enjoyed the occasional drink, but it was his darkness which he cherished, “Nothing will satisfy you more that what’s inside you”, he always said. But he wanted to make a good impression on the local vampire covenant, so he had to lay low.

-picking up a scent other than human Blackout started off to the rooftops of the club he was at sneaking out the window and walking the same pace as this unfamiliar being was walking with the mortals-
..hm, wonder which one it is
-mumbling to himself he decided to keep walking on the rooftops jumping the gaps, it was dark outside, he was in black, even if he was noticed, he could quickly change that by skipping the other way-

Tired of walking hopelessly Alasdair decided that if he did not find anyone on the streets then he must get a better look. He looked around to find the tallest building, and there it was. Right in front of him, two blocks away. A fifty-five office building, since it was the middle of the night the building was empty. So he just strolled inside the building and took the elevator. Of course the elevator reached the roof and there it was that Alasdair got off. The view was beautiful; the stars so close you could grab them. He walked all the way to the edge of the roof and kneeled down, looking down at the city.

-stopping at the edge a building he was walking on he watched the other walk into the building, moments later recognizing a figure on the rooftop he looked up crossing his arms as his hair blew in the slight breeze passing by-
..lost, new, enjoys a nice setting, and bored...
-assuming what the being was like he didn't move at all trying to read what he could about him from where he was-

As Alasdair looked around the city, something caught his eye. On one of the lower buildings near him was a dark profile. He assumed that it was looking at him because the shadow did not feel like a normal mortal. But Alasdair could not be sure. He thought that his chance finally had arrived. He stood up and walked along the edge to the side of that nearby building. He was focusing on the creature staring at him.

-sighing under his scarf he realized he had been noticed, obviously he had now been recognized, but only something other than mortal would recognize him as he removed his shades-
..and observant
-he whispered to himself a little more looking at every little detail of him from his view, always one for analyzing whoever, whenever, and he felt confident he could read this one as well-
