Temple University sucks. D< I hate them with a passion. They keep on sending me information on student health care discounts and barbecues and murders in the neighborhood, and it doesn't even apply to me, because I'm not in Philadelphia. >___> Bunch of asshats. Where's MY free food?

1 - Why do they send thigns to you if you're in Japan and that's Philadelphia?
2 - Why the ******** would they send you information on murders? O-o

1. I go to a branch school. Our school email is through the main campus server, so when they send out an email to the whole school, it gets sent to us, too.
2. There's usually a murder or a raping or a mugging or a robbery every month or two around the Philadelphia campus. (It's been quiet lately, though) It's in a bad part of town. So they send out notifications telling you which streets to avoid.

Yup. Though, it was irritating, because they send out three or four emails for each little act of crime or violence in the area, and yet they still haven't addressed the earthquake at all. No recognition at all. Sometimes I think they forget we're technically part of their university.

They're picking it randomly, apparently, because people who got in on day one and day seven have received their emails.
This girl got in right away on day one, got her validation email immediately, AND got her welcome email right away. I dislike her. D<
They let in about 3000 people today. I heard, so they'll probably be letting in people every day. LET'S CROSS OUR FINGERS, LONE.
If I don't get in this week, I'll be sad. :<
