 Ignis showed no emotion on his face for now, he had no idea if this was an enemy or not, so he wasn't sure what exactly to do, he had no idea what this world could be capible of, what they could do, what they couldn't, so forth. " What mannor of beast lives there?" he asked seriously " So, they did that to you, did they have reason?" he asked calmly, though, as a rather familiar sight came to the corner of his eye, he didn't turn towards Noctis, nor did his eyes trail towrds him, however, he now knew he was conversing with his enemy if Noctis was one of the ones who attacked him, he then turned, starting back towards his vehicle, he made not a single move against Kai, there wasn't any need to fight him so long as he didn't harm Noctis, and Noctis really wasn't one to be taken so easily! Plus if he did just attack, Kai might attempt to hurt Gabranth... " Allow me to go ask them why they would do such a thing... I am no ordainary citizen, you see..." with that he stepped into the car, beginning to slowly drive it toward the mansion there a bit away, though, one hand was on the wheel, another held a hidden throwing knife, in case Kai tried anything... Ignis made sure he was always ready for such a thing... ((Lol! XD I just hope I'm playing him right! XD We have hardly any idea what he acts like so XP lol))

 Shiki  Noctis Kai At the new set of questions he shrugged with his good shoulder, "Nasty thing..some kind of wolf....and no reason I could think of." he answered, still trying to place his scent. Really, too many things in his old brain to find one small detail as quickly as he wanted. As the man turned to back into the vehicle Kai narrowed his eyes a bit..did something make the human suspicious of him? He was careful enough..ah..he forgot to feign pain.. no, that wasn't it. That scent snapped into place as he caught Noctis' scent on the wind, they were from the same world! Kai now glared at he car and those within and hissed, baring his fangs...he was going to try for that injured one to get leverage, but an all to familiar blade barely missed his head.. "Feh...very well...we'll play again another time..not that there's new bait.." with that said the vampyric scientist vanished in a burst of light..just in time to avoid the sword again as it was returning to Noctis.
Crimson eyes shifted back to blue as his sword faded out of sight. Noctis stopped walking and simply stood, watching the car come closer, panting slightly.... Ignis was really here...he wasn't too sure about the other one in there, but if he was with Ignis then he was safe enough. The only two things he didn't really like about this situation was that Kai knew of his friend...and that he was weak for their reunion. Noctis hid that tiredness well enough though and was thinking of a plausible excuse for if Ignis noticed.
(( I know what you mean....was winging it with Noctis too, but you're makin Ignus good.. ^w^ 'sides, rp is kinda like fanfiction, not always in character anyway. ))

Knowing Noctis was with them, Ignis knew full and well that what Kai said was a lie, about him being all innocent, Noctis wouldn't just harm someone for no reason! He was a great person, Ignis grew up with him, he'd know! As the car pulled up in front of the mansion, near Noctis, the right door would open, and the driver Ignis would step out, pushing up his glasses as he did, almost as if to look cool! He would then look to Noctis "Greetings, Prince Caelum..." he said, it sounded serious, but of course it was only playful, there was no need for him to be so formal around a friend he knew his whole life! "Are any of the others here? Lady Stella, perhaps" he suggested, an almost grin forming on the usually serious face of his! Noctis and Stella may have done battle before... But this was a whole different world, there was no need since she had no obligation so long as her country wasn't here! "And the crystal, it is safe?" He didn't know if Noctis would know that, but he'd ask... His eyes soon scanned over Noctis' form, then went back to his eyes "You don't seem well... Is something the matter Noctis?" he asked, seeings as he seemed to be injured somewhat, he was so caught up in seeing his friend again he almost forgot about Gabranth there on the passenger's side of the car!
((Lol, you're doing great as Noctis methinks XD And I hope I am! XD And lol, true, I just like having mine right for it ^^ I guess there's no real way to know what he's like, so I'm doing him by how he appears XD Lol, all serious and stuff, the Bad Arse one of the group, not so much as Noct maybe, but I like him better then the other two XD plus he uses a katana and throwing knives! How could I choose either of the others over that? XD I just hope Square doesn't have Ignis go evil or something in the game, that'd be soooo crappy! DX Lol
And I'm just assuming he knows about Stella and the crystal and such XP Lol))

Noctis knew he wouldn't have to move or anything considering who was behind the wheel...hiding a faint grin at Ignis' greeting and the few questions he was asked, "Good to see you got the car here safely Ignis." there was a hint of amusement his in his voice, though he shook his head slightly at the tease about Stella, "As far as I know, it's just you and me.." he had to think for a second about the crystal, "..the crystal is safe..." it wasn't really a lie, he could still feel it, but couldn't exactly tell where it was. "..and finally, it's nothing serious..just a bit dazed from an explosion." Again, it was true enough.. he wasn't going to say how close he was to it...or where..or why..those things would likely worry his friend. Noctis let a small grin form as he raised a brow, "Anymore questions...or should we get your friend inside before he ruins the leather?" he asked with slight nod toward the injured guy in the car. Curious about who that was, but that could wait till was on something more comfortable then a car seat.
(( >w< thanks, and true...he does seem like an awesome char. I doubt Square'll made him change sides...they're friends/brothers and he seems like the loyal type. Yeah, lotsa people know about the crystal, just not where it is 'sept Noct and his dad, (or so I guess) and your post made me lol.. xD aw, sorry Aerith..where've you been?))

Ignis made a slight "Hmph" sound at what he said first "You know that the vehicle is always my first priority, should I have a choice between the safety of the car or Gladious and Prompto both, and more then likely you, the car will always be my thought without any need for second thoughts" there was as well playfulness in his voice of course, not like that was actually true! "I see..." he said at what the prince said next, then nodded at what about the crytstal, then he crossed his arms at what Noctis said next, eyeing him wearily "Is that so? What happened then?Was the explosion here? Were you involved?" he just knew how Noctis had a way of getting into trouble... He then glanced back to Gabranth, who was stepping out of the car then... "Don't worry, he's going to get a million-gil fine for my generosity..." He said, of course, it was only a joke!
((Lol, I always go for funnies in posties XD and I sure hope not! Lol))

Shiki Noctis The talk of the car's value and importance over over their own lives finally coaxed a brief chuckle from Noctis because of how opposite it was from the truth. Sure it was a good car, but those were a dime-a-dozen...friends like Ignis, Gladious and Prompto could never be replaced..they each knew that. Though that bond of theirs naturally came with worried questions whenever things happened...like now... he didn't like that weary look Ignis had. Noctis ran his fingers through his hair and sighed lightly, "..it wasn't near here.." was all he seemed to give as an answer. He didn't quite want to tell his friend that he'd been so weak and foolish as to get caught and experimented on.. As the injured passenger got out he glanced at him again, "Yeah, I bet.." he smirked faintly, "Let's get inside then, they've got decent healers and empty rooms for 'other world' people like us." He waited to see if Gabranth needed help walking before he moved...though he probably wouldn't be useful in that area at the moment.
The dark-furred beast slowly made it's way toward the group of three, Noctis seemed rather happy so she was curious as to who that two-legged-with-extra-eyes was..
(( psh...lol..I forgot to have him say Iku's there too.... -w- ~blames minor concussion from explosion/Kai messin with his head~

Ignis made a "Hmph" sound, before speaking "Don't be too vague now..." he said, glancing towards Gabranth as he began to walk to the two, looking to Noctis as he seemed to have resided here longer... "Is a man named... Basch here? Or, Lord Larsa? I must make sure they are... Safe..." he may have had a past of being on the wrong side, and hating his brother, but it was definatly different now! And at least Gabranth wasn't speaking so strangely now that the slight dizzyness of both being brought back to life and to a new world came off him... "The guardian of the law who presides over judgments of life and death, his true strength is realized when he dons his helm." ((Lol, this is so strange because Gabranth and Ignis have the same posting color XD and lol XD))

Shiki Noctis Noctis shifted his gaze to the side, vague was the only thing he was comfortable with... he didn't like the truth and he didn't want to lie to Ignis either. The prince thought Ignis might think differently of him...lesser...tainted.. His train of thought of unpleasant names of disrupted by Gabranth's questions about people, looking at the armored man and shaking his head, "Sorry, but I haven't heard of either of them. Most from other worlds do end up coming here eventually though..it's a..safe haven of sorts." he didn't want the guy to get depressed or something..he knew what it was like to feel alone in a strange world after all. Noctis closed his eyes for a moment, only a few seconds later feeling a soft tendril wrap around one arm and glancing down at the beast before looking between Gabranth and Ignis, "Uh, this is Shiki, she's safe.." he said, not wanting them to mistake the beast for...well.. a wild beast, then turned and started to head back..though the mansion seemed pretty far through that black tunnel...
The large beast caught the exhausted Noctis when he collapsed...making curious meow kind of sound and poking at Noctis' chin with her nose, he seemed like he was sleeping soundly though.. She looked between the two and and sniffed at them and gesturing with head toward the mansion..Noctis had trusted extra-eyes, so she would too.
(( heh... -w- silly same-color-user.. I gotta sleep now. made lotto spelling mistakes...spell-check is the only thing making cents.. though I'd give Iggy a bit of a startle.))

BASCH FON RONSENBURG If I could protect but one person from war's horror... Following behind nihil basch was lead to the avalanche mansion, a rather large castle like structure, he knew castles well, he was living in the empiral castle of Arcadia for the past five years now "so this is the place you said takes in poeple from other worlds?" he not knowing that near by was his brother noah then I would bear any shame. I would bear it proudly

As they got closer to the mansion there were quite a flurry of different scents..one of which he knew belonged to a dark-intentioned being, others were familiar..and three were new...one of the new ones sort of smelled like Basch. The scent of flowers still clung onto them, so he wasn't sure though.. "Yes, most that reside here are welcoming and protective of us wayward travelers.. some have short tempers, but they wouldn't do any real harm unless there was a good reason. All in all I doubt you'll have any trouble with the residents." he said as he padded along toward the entrance..leaving Noctis, the calm strange beast and the two new humans since they seemed alright-ish.. though he had to stop at the door since it was closed..again sort of forgetting about needing hands..
