I wrote something a bit similar to this once, though it didn't have the mildly optimistic ending. Like we spend our whole existences trying to catch up with time, trying to get our time back, to make it last, that we don't cherish the time that we have. We waste it in the chase, essentially. Again, I like. And yes, the optimistic ending does give me a bit of comfort, since I think about that all the time. So no sir, I commend you.

We had 12 while the other team had 32. It was pathetic, but it was also fun which is all that counts really.
I love the word Masquerade, but then again I'm weird like that. The whole idea of a masquerade is so appealing, is it not?
